"Strange" Encounter

Loki: I need to go find Stange, now!

Bucky: I don't wanna hear anything he has to say.

You: Will you both calm down long enough to hear what I have to say?

Loki and Bucky stare at you, they both nod yes.

You: Please sit down......James, Steven did something that he shouldn't have. He made me believe that Loki didn't love me and he hurt me by keeping him from me for a month. He trapped him in a realm with no way out. For Loki, it was one day, for us it was a month. The night of the party, I found Loki, with another woman in his bed.

Bucky: That's why you came to me.

Loki: Did you comfort her?

You: Loki, understand, I didn't know you were under Steven's spell. It has been a month and, I hadn't heard from you. Strange told Steve you didn't want to talk to me & wanted to be left alone. I had hurt for a whole month, crying for you and trying to figure out why you would just leave me and hurt me. After I stormed out of your room, I saw Bucky, standing there. I saw him press his lip against the glass of water, & I needed to remember what that was like. To feel his lips, and to feel loved again. Because I no longer had yours. He made love to me Loki, and all I could think about was you. For that split second, you were in my mind. But when I had opened my eyes, I realized who I was with. He was giving me his most intimate embrace.

Bucky: Unbelievable!!! (Bucky stands and paces) You used me, again. After all I told you and how we connected, you're telling me that this (pointing to Loki), this piece of shit was the one you were thinking of?

You: It's not that simple James.

He was there in my mind but only for a second. When I opened my eyes, I saw you. Your eyes staring deep into my soul. I wanted more of you.

Bucky places his hands on his hips and begins shaking his head in disbelief.

You: Please sit down and let me finish saying what I have to say!

Loki is in shock at what he just heard. He can only hang his head in disbelief. Bucky holds his breath as he sits down.

You are now in tears at this point.

You: Loki, that night, James showed me how much he really loved me, & I realized just how much I really love him. But it was also that night, that I realized I still loved you. Why else would you have been in my mind that night? I am in love with two men at the same time. I don't know how to navigate this. I've never been in this position before in my life. And I am asking for some time away from both of you. I need to figure out what's best for me.

Bucky: Are u serious? You're telling me, well us that you need some time to pick one of us? It should be obvious!

Loki: My pet, as much as I don't want to agree with him, I find it hard not too.

You: You both say you love me right? (Both nod) Well if that's true, then you will both agree to give me some time to figure this out. Alone. In the meantime you both need to work together to find Steven and reprimand him and make him pay for what he had done!

Loki: You're absolutely right my darling. Take all the time you need. I will be waiting.

Bucky: Yeah. What he said. (Smirk)

You: Thank you both. I'm going to my house in the mountains. You two will be the only ones who know where I will be. I'll contact you when I'm ready.

You stand up, and you see that a Steve has brought everyone in. You kiss Loki on the cheek, and you kiss Bucky on his cheek as well.

You: Hey everyone, let's begin!

You begin to tell everyone the story of what Steven has done and explain to them they all need to work together to find Strange.

But what has happened between you and Bucky, you and Loki remains a well-guarded secret.

As you leave, you turn around to see them all standing around the round table, figuring out how to approach Dr. Strange!

On your drive to the mountains, you see Steven flying towards you. You hit the brakes and suddenly you skid out of control and into a ditch.

You: (rubbing your head and you sigh) oh God what just happened?

Just then the door is pulled off and Steven pulls you out.

You: Get away from me Steven. I know what you've done to Loki. Shaking from the crash, your knees get week and you fall to the ground.

Steven: It wasn't me.

You: Wasn't you? Well, that's a hell of a twin out there claiming to be you and is doing evil things!

Steve: I know. Only he's not my twin, (grunting while helping you up) my counterpart, from another universe.

You look at Steven confused.

You: What? You're joking and you're telling me this to say you're sorry. You're not forgiven. Now get away from me. Did you just come up with this story to save your ass?

Steven: No, this is the truth. When I accidentally created the tear in space, many of our other counterparts tried to come in our universe. I stopped most of them, but Vincent, another universe's Dr. Strange came in and I couldn't stop him. I have been trying to figure out why he is doing this. I need your help.

You: We need to contact the others. Tell them what's going on.

Steven: Call them, tell them to meet us at your house in the mountains. We are going to need everyone in order to stop him.

You: Oh my god Steven you're telling the truth. I noticed something off on him.....(you have a flashback and see Vincent's face)...his eyes, it was his eyes. They were black, completely blacked out. He said prepare for war.

Steven: Damn I was afraid of that. Come on, we gotta make a plan.
