The eerie path in front of her signaled her that he was there, that he wasn't alone, and that somewhere not far from them was Hades, waiting to collect their souls. She welcomed death like an old friend long before this day came, she already knew Hades, they used to be friends and was his and Persephone's biggest supporter, she knew that even if she wouldn't meet her parents, at least she would meet her old friends.

Aamon had used his powers to make the wind blow quieter as they were on the tallest mountain. It irks her to know that it was her power to use. The thunder was building up within the clouds above, she knew well it was Zeus' doings. She prayed to him that he'll put his bitterness aside and be on her side once.

She held the bow with her left hand, she closed her eye as she pointed the arrow in his direction, and swiftly the arrow flew through the harsh winds, inches away from his face.

Five more to go.

She nocked another arrow, stepping closer to him, and repeated the action. He laughed coldly as she missed, again. The steps grew closer and he was only an arm-length away from her now.

"Hello, love", his voice was cold and poison dripped from his words as his lips turned into a mischievous smirk, with his height, he looked down at her.

There was a loud thunder when she used her power, manipulating reality to where she was shooting at him, only this time she was right where she was. He mirrored her action, and he managed to move away from the arrow that was flying at him.

"Tsk, Tsk", he shook his head, "Is that your way to greet your lover, my love?"

She inhaled, pulled out her arrow, and broke it, holding the tip between her fingers as she stabbed his thigh with it. He screamed in agony as the arrow burned him, "that was my way to greet my enemy, my love".

He growled as he pulled out the arrow, though using his power, it went useless as the arrow came from Apollo himself. With death glares, he wrapped his hand around her neck, clenching it so tightly as he flew them off the ground. She cringed on his arm, trying desperately to breathe.

"We could've been gods! We would've been living in Olympus! We would rule the universe and everything beyond! You could've been my queen", his grip around her throat tightened, and she was starting to see stars, "why? Why did you betray me?"

The words struck her, her eyes flared open and there was burning fury inside, "you—", she choked out, "—betrayed. me",

She pressed on his burning wound, causing it to agonizingly burn him once more, enough for his grasp to loosen and she fell. She was high above, enough for her to breathe in and out, enough time for her to catch herself before she reached the ground. But not enough to prepare her when he launched himself at her, with Ares' sword in his hand, it was nearly pierced through her if she didn't react quickly and threw him to the side. He hits the rocks, crashing them under.

The battle above was as terrifying as the ones below. The Avengers against demigods powered by Kratos' strength and Ares' personal weapons.

"I loved you!" She shouted, deflecting the attack he threw at her, "I loved you, I defended you, and you—", she threw a giant rock at him, which he destroyed with the sword in his hand, "—you stole from me, and you abandoned me!" another throw, another rock destroyed. while he was distracted with her attacks, she nocked another arrow and it flew, piercing through his shoulder, "don't speak betrayal to me, for it was you that betrayed me".

His scream caused the thunder to clasped, his wings extended to its greatness and he grew to his original height, the failed experiment giant of Kratos and Ares. His growl shook the ground beneath them, followed by his followers' screams of war.

Two to go.

Andromeda Orpheus lived not knowing she was loved, she lived her life to swallow the bitter truth that love would only bring pain. It didn't stop her from loving. From loving her father, who abandoned her since she was born, yet continued to love another. From loving Artemis, who used and pointed the blame at her, when it was she that handed her the bow and arrows in the war against Olympus. From loving Aamon, who broke her into scattering hell she became. From loving James, who left her the way everybody did. She wore pain like a warm mantel on her shoulders, she wore it as she greeted Hades by the edge of the cliff.
