yet again ANOTHER one of those everything books.

my favorite jacket

now im sure everyone has a favorite piece of apparel

like a shirt, or some pants, a pair of underwear, whatever!

but for me? nah, i mean, i used to have a favorite shirt, i havent worn it in a while tho, and i cant find the pants that goes best with it (its an all grey fit, even the shoes, it matters!)

besides that shirt and fit, im not here to talk about that!

this is about my jacket >:]]]

its nothing special really, its got no design or anything, its a cute dark teal color and the arms are long, so when i got it like 2 years ago i couldnt see my hands at all, now i see my fingers poke through the arm holes! i mean, its from walmart, seriously, its nothing special.

i wear it all the time, i only switch jackets when its being washed. when i mean i wear it all the time, i truly mean that. like, even in the summer i wore it! (its mainly because i get cold quick and my brother, of course, kept the air on 24/7, so to keep between both temperatures, i wore it indoors and sometimes outdoors) 

so seriously, why am i more devoted to my sweater than anything? (except for my relationship, Jareth if you're reading this im NOT saying sweater > you)

well, it came from mi madre! it was the last jacket she ever bought me, and trust me, i love it a ton. i call it "mom's jacket" and honestly, this and everything else from her of COURSE tops any gift i got from my acnh mom, though the homemade doggy toy is really cute...

the only reason she bought it for me i think was because i begged for it after the hoodie i stole from my brother was taken back, and i was heartbroken, i also took his reading glasses because i couldnt see well, before i got my own prescriptions. he took those too. i was like 12 or 13. 

its crazy used now, it was one solid teal color, now it has bleach stains, little holes, the strings came out alot so the little metal circle things on the string holes are gone, the strings in general are bit up (i just stopped chewing on one while writing fun fact), and the zipper is kinda messed up. you can tell its loved i think, maybe a bit too much. 

this is probably the only sweater i really dont like sharing, but i still will and i'll offer it if i really have to. now if i somehow get my hands on some Exociety, Supermega, or GMM merch, it wont be on the same tier as my mom jacket, but i might not share those too.

i dunno, its really soft, by itself it keeps me pretty warm, uh, it tastes good,, but i'll be honest; sometimes i'll pull them up to do dishes, but since its quite big they come down later on  and that gets annoying, or when i kinda pull the strings and tie them under my chin to hide my hair, it feels uncomfy and so i let it rest on my lip then forget about it and drink something and the water goes in my shirt. not cool man, not cool. i dont even think i have that many jackets, if i had to count them by memory, i think its only two or three. i had more and i kept getting some, but my nieces steal them so i give in and let them. 

on the topic of jackets, i hate fitting ones, i grow out of them too quickly! something loose, a little bit bigger on me, of course is waaaay more recommended. and plain jackets are awesome, i think complex designs are better for hoodies because its alot more roomier to work on in my opinion? (i only did a matching best friend shirt at home once. i dont know shit, dont listen to me)

welp! thats another chapter, uhm moral?

jacket > anything in my wardrobe, how tf can anyone wear a jacket in the heat, i really want some merch, i will steal your jackets, i dont know shit dont listen to me, im procrastinating on
