! Y- n woke up, shaken from the dream she just had.

she immediately got out of bed, running towards sasuke's room and just barging in. the light that was quickly turned on woke the poor boy out of his sleep. he sat up, groaning while he rubbed his eyes; no time to process the events happening before he was pulled into his mothers chest while she sobbed.

"what's wrong with you?" he scoffed, sleepily.

"you're not leaving me right? you can't leave me too." she mumbled, her sounds of desperation louder than the sounds of her tears.

her words sunk deep into sasuke's heart. she didn't want him to leave?

"what're you talking about?" sasuke mumbled, still not fully understanding what she was going on about.

"nothing." she sighed. her crying had subsided yet, she was still holding onto the black haired boy; maybe even tighter than when she first came in here. "i love you, y'know?"

sasuke's cheeks flustered. since he wasn't so found of saying or expressing those three words, he wasn't very used to it being said either.

"you're so embarrassing." he mumbled softly, starting to fall back asleep slowly. she sighed when she heard his soft snores before kissing the top of his head & laying him back down.

she couldn't sleep anymore. the dream she had played over & over in her head & it seemed she'd be up all night. unfortunately kakashi was the only one who knew about these dream visions she had; therefore she quietly left her house to not wake sasuke up once more.

she made her way towards kakashi's house & when he didn't answer the first three knocks she broke up through his bedroom window.

kakashi's senses went off in his sleep. grabbing the kunai under his pillow he threw it at the intruder who dodged it smoothly.

"you've got to stop breaking into my house." kakashi sighed when he realized it was just the panicked girl.

"sorry, i just... really need to talk to you." she mumbled, avoiding eye contact. kakashi studied her body language; she looked comfortable around him, safe even.

one thing lingered; she always came to him.

"of course." he nodded, patting the other side of his bed. she hesitated before sitting down beside the male; he encouraged her to get comfortable before she started speaking. she took a deep breath before starting, her doe (eye color) eyes staring off at his beige walls.

"i had one those vision dreams. i haven't had one since... itachi." she mumbled softly. kakashi listened intently, scared to look over at her & make her feel uncomfortable. "it seems every dream i have, they just get worse."

"what was this one? if you don't mind." kakashi softly spoke. she stiffened which made kakashi mentally panic. "sorry, you don't have to-"

"sasuke left. to kill ita." a small tear fell down her face while she sniffed. "he became a rouge ninja y'know? it seems everything i do, no matter what i try; everything just goes to shit. i lost obito, shisui, itachi. now sasuke?"

"your clan is ran by hatred alone. there isn't anything you could do to change their fate. to me, it seems your visions are more of a curse than anything." kakashi sighed, softly covering his sharingan with his hand.

to think, back then, y/n put her life on the line for both him & obito. & now, everything she's ever worked for was getting torn down slowly.

"i really wish there was more i could do." the two stated in unison. a soft whisper from the both of them before they both chuckled at the incident.

kakashi finally looked over at the girl who seemed better than when she first showed up. his hand unconsciously grabbed onto hers slowly before giving it a gentle, comforting squeeze.

she didn't take her hand away.

kakashi told sasuke they would be training together for the next upcoming chunin battle

kakashi told sasuke they would be training together for the next upcoming chunin battle. even though that was what they were doing, and kakashi's main point of dragging sasuke to the middle of no where, he also wanted to get in sasuke's head.

maybe he could make things go right for y/n. at least once.

"i want to teach you something." kakashi hummed, showing sasuke chidori. "it's a technique i came up with myself."

sasuke looked in wonder, yet still keeping his usual stoic expression.

kakashi helped guide the boy along, watching him mess up many times but sasuke was very determined to get it right.

unbeknownst to both of them, they had someone watching. the dark haired male smiled softly at his little brother training away hard. that was, before he disappeared.

'you've taken great care of him, y/n.'

"what's your main goal?" kakashi randomly asked after sasuke failed at keeping the ball of lightning together once again.

"to kill itachi." sasuke stated; full confidence in his voice & no remorse whatsoever.

"yes, but, what about your mom? you're just going to leave her?" kakashi asked, looking over at sasuke who kept the same expression.

"why are you so obsessed with her?" sasuke scoffed.

"i'm not obsessed. but... i messed up when we were kids. & i want to do everything in my power to make it right with her." kakashi sighed, looking up at the sky as the sun started to set slowly in the distance. "don't do anything that will break her trust."

sasuke stayed silent & kakashi just hoped his words got to him. he ended their training for the day & told him to meet back tomorrow so they could perfect it.

sasuke went back home, tired & sweaty. his mom was humming softly & cooking dinner for the two of them.

"oh, oh my god! how was it? you look so tired!" she rambled, watching the male sigh and wave her off.

"it went fine. kakashi's teaching me chidori-"

"chidori?" y/n huffed, whipping her head over at the little boy confused. the last time she'd seen kakashi use chidori himself was the same day that she killed rin.

she shook her head & decided she had to have a little faith in kakashi since sasuke is working under him.

"clean up & get ready for dinner. you have a big day ahead of you tomorrow." she smiled while sasuke nodded & walked away. her smile slowly dropped as she looked at the curse mark on his shoulder.

she really hoped that curse mark was sealed completely & for good.
