Chapter 10

YAY WE REACHED CHAPTER 10 

Considering each chapter has a average of 2.5k words that means I have written way too much and I need to touch grass or actually do my work. Been procrastinating since idk last week.

This chapter is like 6k words at least, idk. I wrote it with utmost passion cuz I reminded myself if I didnt update yall will be sad :>

I'm supposed to write an essay on something I believe for my exam, but I have 0 idea what to write. But when it comes to updating this fanfic I seem to have no problem :// 

Anyone knows what tea can be as a metaphor? I need something that screams life trauma. (Please help me Albert my way through my English essay)

Should I write another poem? Hehe, would yall read it I have a great one in mind.

2nd POV:

A crowd of students were standing at the scene of the "crime". The area was surrounded by police tape, making it look more serious than it actually was. This led to quiet whisperings and rumors among the students.

"I heard something emerged last night..." "Really? That's so creepy!.." "Was it an undead monster?" "Eep! If that's true, where is it hiding now? Could it be lurking in the toilets?" "Stop! Don't frighten me!"

Alexis tried to calm them down. "Please don't speculate." He said gently. "Once we discover what happened, we'll inform you. Please return to your dorms."

"Yes, leave this to us." Albert and Felix added. "Please go back."

Everyone investigated the "crime scene". Ciel was panicking and jumpy, pacing back and forth, all around the scene. Walk anymore, and he might contaminate the evidence enough for you to never find out the truth. Leon and Charles were observing the surroundings, Livio inspected the hole, Gion and Shintarou stood by a side. You knelt down by the empty hold next to Livio.

To your surprise, however, Livio seemed to be deep in thought, and didn't acknowledge you like he always did. You noticed he was trembling slightly. "Livio.. you okay?" Livio flinched, before smiling at you. "I'm fine, Y/N, just investigating."

"Find anything?" Alexis askes. "Other than the hole, nothing." Leon sighs tiredly. "How very strange! Not a single clue!" Albert scratched his chin in thought. "Is someone playing a trick on us?"

"Those students didn't look like they were lying..." Alexis mumbled. "All this while that we'ce been here, nothing strange has ever happened. Not a single supernatural event.. so why now?"

"This wasn't an accident." A voice spoke up. "Tell me... what month is it now?" Ciel asked. "October, why?" You replied casually. "C'est exact!" Ciel tells everyone. "It is on the last day of this month that... the barrier between our world and the spirit realm breaks down." "W-what?!"

Leon deadpans. "You mean Halloween?" Albert gives Ciel a 'you're so dumb' look. "The celebration where people put on costumes? And attend parties?" Felix was excited. "That's when kids go trick-or-treating, si?" 

"You've missed the point! That's not its original purpose!!" Ciel yells. "What do mean original purpose?" You ask him. "Let me tell you..." Ciel extends his arms like a zombie, his face darkens as he smirks. "Halloween has its origins in the ancient Celtic new year's eve festival called Samhain. The Celts believed that the ghosts of the dead would return on Samhain. Mischievous, evil spirits and monsters would visit earth too..." It would have a scarier effect if not for the fact that Ciel looked goofy while saying all of this.
