The actual chapter 1 [K23]

Life in Poposi academy was peaceful. You quite enjoyed it. You slayed the day away, everyday. 

You're Y/N. And let me get to the point. Your not of this world. Why? I don't know, I said so. You were just peacefully reading and then boom you have been magically transported here. It's wonderful though. 

Because I also decided to, and because I don't want this book to actually make sense, we're going to start from K23. It will somewhat follow the storyline. Note that you don't know that Carla is the princess of France, for she has been hiding her identity from...most..

4th wall rebuilder has been summoned.

Hey wait I wasn't done-

The wall has been patched.

You loved the world. It was wonderful, beautiful. You studied at the prestigious Poposi academy, after meeting the president by chance. Since you weren't of this world, you didn't actually have money and whatnot, so you had to work your ass off to get where you were now, which wasn't very far. But hey! It's progress.

You had a best friend, Carla. Now Carla, she was... shy, in a word. Never really spoke until spoken too, but she was still your best friend. Eventually, she had warmed up enough to you, to go out everyday and hang out, to listen to you rant all your problems. 

You never actually told her your backstory, but that didn't matter. Right?

Both of you once applied to be part of the Student Council, but for whatever reason, Carla got the role. You did not. Being her best friend, you were, of course happy for her. Supporting her in everyway that you could. You helped with the paperwork, the planning, everything.

With you on her side, Carla easily finished all she was tasked to do, which impressed the other council members, especially the president, Su Jung. All the credit, however, was given to Carla and Carla only. You were only known for keeping her company during her work hours. 

You were never recognised, but you couldn't care less... or do you?

Nothing like a bad mental health to complete a character, ain't it? Ah yes, you only found comfort when you hung out with your best friend. Although... she seems to prefer Neelam. Maybe you're just overthinking.

It was a glorious day, one of the best. You woke up early, and got ready quick, waiting in the courtyard for Carla. She was easy to spot, grey hair, huge glasses, shorts. Stuck out like a sore thumb. But you liked her anyway.

"Heya Carla!" You shouted from joy. She waved at you meekly. "We should get to class, it starts in an hour, but whatever." She smiles. "I can never understand you Y/N, you're always full of energy, you never tire." "It's because I'm always high on caffeine, it's at the point of addiction."

As you both walk towards your class, two girls were scrolling on their phones, clearly engrossed. "An update on Prince Ciel's website! He's SOOOOOOO handsome!" I gagged. As the two girls gushed over the princes' good looks, Carla and I walk past. 

However, Carla being shy and clumsy like she always is, bumps into them, making them drop their phone. She then doesn't have the courage to apologize, and attempts to walk away.

"HEY! Did you do that on purpose?!" One of the girls, with the pigtails shrieked. She places an arm firmly on Carla's shoulder.

"What's going on?" A voice asked. It showed authority, strength and demanded respect. Su Jung, or, Princess Han. 

"You're ladies of high status, you must maintain our composure at all times!" Princess Han (Su Jung) scolds. 

The girl in pigtails defends herself from this injustice. "It's not like that, she bumped into me on purpose!"
