2nd POV:

//With the help of the knowledgeable Ethan, Prince Gion, Prince Shintarou, Livio and Y/N were able to take countermeasures to control the spread of the virus. Every inch of the academy was disinfected, and students were instructed to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and maintain a safe social distance.//

"Shintarou, you're in charge of disinfecting the dorms, Ethan, in charge of temperature taking. Livio, handle the food and necessities, Y/N, you're to write down the movements of everyone who was infected."  Prince Gion ordered. "Yes!" You, Ethan and Livio shouted in unison, while Shintarou just shrugged and left.

//Temperature checks were also conducted before classes, during recess, and after classes. The stadium library, art gallery, and other places where students usually gather were temporarily closed. //

"Prince Gion, you have to get some rest." You tapped his shoulder lightly, while Livio stood by his other side. "Yes, your highness. Let us handle this pile of work." Prince Gion nodded, putting down his pen. After working for a whole night without sleep, he definitely deserved it.

//Those who displayed flu symptoms were quarantined in their dorms and were brought food and necessities by the student council. It was a tiring one week, but the worst had passed, and now, the 5 of you were standing in front of the Principal, awaiting his judgement.//

Principal Evan smiled. "HAHAHA! Good job!"

"Under Gion's leadership, and despite being short-handed, the student council was able to improve the situation in six days." Godfreg added. "Reducing the rate of virus transmission is no easy feat! Thank you for all your hard work."

"I was just doing my job as temporary president." Gion answered modestly. "We were lucky the initial number of infections wasn't very high." Livio said. Oh come on, Livio. We all know no ordinary joe would be able to solve such a crisis as well as Gion has. You were truly amazed at how quickly the Italian prince took charge or everything, sacrificing hours of sleep and rest to solve the issue.

"HAH! He think he's gonna find dirt on me when he comes here! Boy is he gonna be disappointed!" Principal Evan childishly exclaims.

You blinked. "Oh yeah! Alex and the other princes have shown no symptoms during their quarantine. So, from today onwards, they're free to resume classes." "I see. That's great, even if Ciel and Albert are still stuck in the hospital. At least Alex and the others are now free to help you continue the work of stemming the outbreak."

.

.

Huh?

You take a look at Princes Gion and Shintarou, as well as Livio. Gion looked uninterested, but stared directly at the two in charge, something he tended to do when he was listening attentively.

Livio and Prince Shintarou on the other hand, their eyes were downcast. Livio completely kept silent, while Shintarou looked as if he really wanted to say something, but didn't.

You would have thought the Principal and Mr. Godfreg would have done more to congratulate, or at least not dissolve the rest of you. You felt a pang of disappointment, and even a little sorrow for Prince Gion, who had worked the hardest amongst you all.
