Hello, so this story is meant to be about a confused conversation between a bus driver and a tourist that is trying to get to a famous attraction, but it didn't really work out like that. Hope you enjoy! Nicola

Charlie was having a bad day. First, he got to the bus depo late, leading to his boss shouting at him. Then, some stupid teenage boys run out in front of his bus as he was driving and almost got hit. A very bad day indeed.

Wrenched out of his bitter thoughts, Charlie looks back to the women in front of him.

"I'm sorry, but what did you say?" He questions as he tries to remember what he is meant to be doing.

"I said, I want to go to the Sydney Opera House. Does this bus go there?" The women in front of Charlie replies in a bored voice.

"I'm sorry, ma'am, but this bus doesn't go straight to the Opera House. It goes past the Opera House, but it doesn't stop there," Explaining this to the women, Charlie sighed,

"I might as well make an exception for you, but just this once!"

The women smiled and took out her purse. From that purse, she revealed a few coins that definitely didn't look like Australian currency.

"What are those coins?" Charlie asked, confused.

"They're coins from my hometown. Money. Do you not accept these?" The women explained.

"I'm sorry, ma'am, but do you have any Australian currency?"

"Ah, yes. These coins?" The women asked as she held up 3 dollars in coins.

"Yes, those," Charlie replied.

"Here you go!" The women said as she gave the coins to Charlie.

"Thank you. Have a nice day, ma'am!" Charlie replied as he smiled at the women.

"I wish you a good day, bus driver!" The women exclaimed as she walked to the back of the bus and sat down.

Now, Charlie's bad day had turned into a good day, all from the conversation with the tourist now sitting at the back of his bus.

Hope it's good. Comments are very welcome
