"Sir, you have a meeting this 10 am with our regional managers in the industrial section, at saka po sir Mr. Nakashima is requesting for your attendance in their annual auction this Saturday. Ay, and sir! Eto po pala yung files that needs your approval."

Akala ko when mama took over, mababawasan ng kaunti yung load ko sa trabaho. But yeah, CEO ako, sino ba ang niloloko ko. Mama's had to take a leave kasi she had to attend to her monthly checkup. So basically, I had to report to the office today.

"Daddy! Daddy! Nasan po dito yung Korea???", pagtuturo ni Becca sa globe ko sa office.

"Ugh, wait baby ha..."

I really had to attend to these matters first. Hindi naman din ako titigilan ng secretary ko 'cause I trained her to do this kind of job. Hay, minsan pinagsisihan kong naging mahigpit ako sa kanya.

Tinignan ko si Becca and she seemed kind of bored with me not noticing her and all.

"Uhm, Trish, please tell Dennis na samahan muna si Becca. Take her to the nearest dessert shop or ano. I just can't attend to her right now."

"Okay po sir."

Nilabas na naman ni Trish si Becca and at long last, I was alone. I did what I had to finish, I reviewed all the reports and stamped my approval in every paper. Hindi ko na napansin yung oras, two hours had passed. Natapos ko na naman yung limpak limpak na files and I knew I needed a break.

Saan ko nga ba tinago yung mug ko?

I opened all my drawers and I found this envelope with 'Kim So Yi'. Great, sabi ko magbbreak ako hindi hahanap ng stress.

But I opened nonetheless.

Parehas lang naman siya doon sa copy ni Paul. I felt like I needed more. So I opened my laptop and I tried googling her. Tinignan ko yung results maigi.

I picked the third one. Uhhh, kasi yun yung may picture. And she's...with a guy. Nung binabasa ko yung article, I almost can't believe that this was the same Athena I knew before. The pictures showed flashing smiles and her waving to the cameras. The movie was actually about a wedding to happen between her and her partner.

Ugh, seriously? Out of all themes, she was okay with a WEDDING theme. Grabe.

I clicked back. Di na ko interesado pa kung anong gusto niyang gawin. Well, after all. It was seven years. Sumubok pa ko ng ibang articles.

Then there was a video of her winning an award in an event. I clicked the video at pinakinggan ko yung speech niya.
