INOYA

Leaves slapped me in the face. Branches made more unnecessary scars on my feet and arms. I did not dare look back. "Ishimi!" I croaked.

I felt like I ran a mile. I stopped at a massive tree. I could climb it if there is any danger,  I panted and looked at my surroundings: high and dense trees.

Do you know what's worse than getting lost by yourself in a forest?  Getting lost by yourself in a forest AT NIGHT. I can't remember anything about forest animals. My only memory was today morning: the luminating lady, Ishimi, and the fish man.

I heard galloping. I dint take any chances. I sprang onto the tree and climbed up. The galloping sounded close. I was so anxious that I lost my footing and scraped my arms.

My vision got blurry. A glowing white thing neighed and whined. I was on the floor. I quickly sat up, my eyes heavy. A man got down. "Go away." I managed. But the man came closer. "Are you alright? How did you get here?" He asked with concern. I could no longer keep it together, I blacked out.
