My plan is relatively simple, but every phase has to go perfectly for the next to work.
Phase one, About a month ago I talked to the principal back home and after much convincing they agreed to let me graduate with my friends since I had only been away for a few months.
With Black Ridge being a hockey school they do things differently and don't really have a graduation since most players go straight to the NHL.
At this rate I should be in the 2024 NHL draft, going first round. They have these people who guess exactly when you're going to be drafted and to what team.
For me personally...
I don't want to be told I'm going first-round 10th pick, then end up getting drafted way later.
I think focusing on the fact that you've been drafted into the N Fucking HL is better.
Phase two, Ty texted me earlier today, he picked up my cap and gown before school.
Since I couldn't get Lili to order it for me he did and I just paid him back.
My mom picked it up from him and has it stored at home.
Phase three, I talked to Juliet and got a picture of their schedule to make sure she wasn't working the day I fly back. Luckily, she's not.
I fly back Tomorrow-Wednesday and I don't get in till the late afternoon, the official Graduation ceremony isn't until Friday so we'll have a few days.
You'd think school ends after that but, no. They decided to keep us in that hell hole for another week.
Not me though, I grab the paper then leave again.
To be honest, no one is going to show up though,
why would you? You already got the diploma?Phase four, pick up flowers and pizza on the way to my house.
Phase four point five, Make sure Lili's on her way over to my house, that's all on Soph, Mom and her invited Lili over for a fancy girl's night picnic or something. Meaning nice clothes and a cute setup in the backyard.
Phase five...
•Lilian's POV•
"Please Lili, you gotta come," Soph begs over the phone. Abby and her want to have a fancy picnic.
"Don't worry, I'll be there." Sounds fun, I love a good picnic.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you," she squeals an octave higher than her usual voice.
"What's the dress code?" I ask standing and walking over to my closet.
"Umm, I'm not sure. Think princess causal tea party glamour," she tries to explain.
"None of those mean similar things," I laugh.
"I don't know, send me some options and I'll decide," she states.
"Ok, sounds good," I say already scanning my clothing for something a princess that's going to a causal tea party would wear to look glamorous.
