After Haruki knew about what mother is- or maybe, himself is, he starts to explore more. He starts to ask more about curses to Mio. Mio simply answer that curses are made from human negative emotion. Curses are dangerous, so they need to be exorcise, especially if they harm human.
"So, don't walk alone to any building that seems creepy. Remember that." Mio stated that again. Haruki nod.
Hiromi is driving at the front seat. Well, since Haruki and Mio are sitting right next to him, he surprisingly could only hear a few words from them. He's curious, but he wants to join the conversation too.
"So, Haru, where are we going now?" Hiromi asked. Haruki grin. An eye smile created by his blue eyes, making him looks so cute right now.
"We are going to my favourite dessert shop, daddy!" He replied. Hiromi nod, in approval. Mio sincerely chuckles.
"Yup, you're right. It's been a while since we three get an ice cream. I've heard from aunt Aria that she's staying at her family's house for the rest of the week. So, she need to close her bakery." Mio remember faintly about what Aria told her in the early morning.
"Too bad auntie Aria could not taste her usual ice cream." Haruki shake his head a few times, in disapproval. Mio laughs out loud, since it's super cute. Hiromi joined her too.
Finally, she has her little family- without husband.
Mio remove the seatbelt from her body. She open the door and get her purse. Excited and happy, Haruki exit the door first, waiting for his mother to walk into the dessert shop and get him some ice cream. It's been a while since he eat ice cream and he looks forward for it.
"Go first. I'm going to rest for a while before coming in. Usual for me, as per order." Hiromi tells Mio. The red hair nod, before she shut the door. As Haruki can walk on his own, he's leading the way. Usually, he will held Mio's arm for comfort, but maybe, the ice cream makes him too excited today.
"Haruki, don't walk too fast. You'll bump into another person." Mio reminds the white hair. Yet, he simply nod and slows his walking. Haruki stops beside the door, waiting for his mother to walk in with him. After Mio arrived, Haruki held her arm before the two enter the dessert shop.
Surprise, there wasn't a lot of people there. Mio and Haruki queue in line, as Haruki starts to look at the menu. Mio is looking too, as she wants some cakes for today.
"Welcome, madam and little sir. What do you want to order for today?" The happy waitress asks. Mio tap Haruki's shoulder. He raise his head, before nod.
"I want this ice cream, please." He politely say, before point to the ice cream on the menu. The waitress nod, taking note of it.
"How about you, madam?" The waitress look at Mio.
"Mmm, I'll have a red velvet cupcakes, a chocolate sundae and fries in medium. That's all." Mio stated. The waitress nod.
"Alright. There's free drinking water, free refill. I'll call your number later and please pick up later." She inform Mio and Haruki.
"Sure. Haru, let's sit." Mio tell the white hair.
"Alright! Let's sit there, mommy. We can see the cars." He pointed at the seat he wants to sit. Mio nod.
"Okay. Let me pay first. Could you sit there first, Haru?" Mio take out a few cash from her purse, before pay. Haruki nod, before he walks towards the tables and chairs he want to sit. Surprise, he saw- someone.
As for Mio, she take the receipt and walks towards Haruki. She found that Haruki looks, unsettling. She rush towards Haruki, before lower her body so that her eye level is the same as his.
"Haru, what's wrong?" Mio asked. Haru then turn his head to the other side, making Mio to turn around too.
That's when, she saw him, among the other people that sit on that table.
Mio loss words for second. She then stand up, taking a deep breath before looks around.
"Let's leave." Mio stated. She can't look at him, anymore.
"Mi- Mio?" Oh great, he called her name.
Mio decided to ignore his calls, before stand up and grab Haruki's little palm and tries to walk away. Haruki understand the situation. He has never see his mother in distress like this, except during her sleep walking. She must really know everyone that sit on the table now.
"I called you!" He yelled out loud. Unlucky for Mio this time, since the shop didn't have another customers except them. Mad, Mio take a deep breath before exhale.
"Haru, go to your daddy now. Tell him that we need to take away the food, unfortunately." Mio stated. Haruki nod. Mio let go of his palm, before Haruki rushed outside. Mio look at the man with hatred. She can't believe herself that she would see him again after 6 years.
"What? You told me to stay the fuck away from you. Now, why you're calling for me?" Mio glared at the man.
"That kid. He-"
"Oh, that's my child. Why?" Mio cross her arm, before plastered a smirk on her face.
"No way. It's... my kid?" He asks.
"Oh my, Gojo. I don't know that you've become dumber after 6 years. Your child? Um, wasn't it you that told me that it's another man's seed? Why now you're talking nonsense? How delusional are you?" Mio could not keep her smirk. She feel satisfied to see his surprised face, even though he didn't put away his glasses.
"That- that must be a mistake. There's no way. It's my child, wasn't it?" Damn, it's quite fascinating to see him become crazy like that, but Mio glared at him.
"Well, no. He's not. He is not a Gojo, unfortunately." Mio push her hair away.
"He's just like me, are you blind?" He suddenly act like Mio left him for another man. God, he must crazy, staying in jujutsu world for too long.
"Even though he is, he is not your child! You doesn't even there for me when I'm pregnant. You're not there when I gave birth to him. You have never act as father, let alone a husband. You're the one who told me that you would never give me even a penny to take care of that shit. So, you're not the father." Mio clench her jaw. Satoru stand up, before he rush towards Mio. Before he could do anything, Hiromi enters the scene.
"What do you think you're doing, Mr. Gojo?" He asks.
