Robyn

I woke up excited. Well, first, it was the weekend. Second, This next activity is one of my favorites. I threw on back cargo pants, a brown tank top and a flannel. Oh, and a ponytail.

"Ready parks??" I asked skipping 2 steps at a time as I run down the stairs

"Ready parks??" I asked skipping 2 steps at a time as I run down the stairs. "Yeah i have been for 30 minutes." He glared. "Hey I could leave you at home." I teased back.

Oh yeah, Parker's coming with us because my mom can't find someone to watch him. So I can't really leave him at home, but he doesn't need to know that. "No I'm coming!" He said tying his shoes.

We got to the Curtis house And soda was ready on the couch talking to Steve, pony was in the armchair trying to drown out the noise reading, and two was watching Mickey on the ground beer and cake in hand. "Ya ready soda?" I asked beaming with excitement.

"You seem oddly excited to loose." Soda smirked getting up from the couch. "That's because I'm not. Duh." I laughed flipping my ponytail. "Can y'all get a room? I'm watching tv here." Two groaned.

I shook my head and soda called out that he was leaving. "Hey parks how ya been?" Soda asked putting an arm on Parker's shoulder. "Good I mean Robyn's been annoying but I can handle it." He sighed as if he was struggling. "...I'm right here." I commented but neither of them seemed to care.

We jammed out to Elvis on the way to the bowling alley. We got our shoes and picked a lane right away. I went up to the counter order some pizza, when I heard Parker and soda talking.

"What's Robyn's nickname?" Parker pondered sense they were writing down our nicknames on a whiteboard for a scoreboard. "I know." Soda smiled. "Brde? What's Brde??" "Birdie won't fit so that's the abbreviation." Soda explained. I couldn't help but smile even though my back was turned

"Uh hello? Ma'am?" The waiter was waving his hand in-front of my face. "Oh yeah- sorry large pepperoni and sausage pizza please." I said feeling embarrassed. After I paid for our pizza I went back to the table. "Ready?" Soda asked. With that charming smile "Yep." I said a little too quickly. "Okay parker you're up." Soda said handing Parker a bowling ball. "Wait parker- do you need the bumpers? I think we can still add them-" "No Robyn I don't need the bumpers I'm not 6 years old." He glared. I put my hands up in surrender. "Alright be my guest. Just saying I don't think they can add them much later in the game." "I'm fine." Parker said again walking up to the lane. "wait do you want the ramp-" Parker's bowling ball hit the wood floor and rolled slowly towards the pins. The three of us watched in silence as the ball fell into the gutter and the machine pushed the untouched pins down itself. Parker looked at me and before I could say anything he said "No." "okayyy you're turn birdie." Soda said chuckling nervously. I grabbed the one of the three bowling balls on our side and took my turn. The bowling ball smoothly glided down the lane and knocked seven of the pins down. I'd say I'm okay at bowling, but my bets on soda. "Hey! That's pretty good!" Soda said giving me a high five. "But I'll do better." He smirked. "Oh okay pretty boy." I scoffed and soda laughed. "Pretty boy? That's new." "Yeah who knows maybe it'll stick." I said back and he shook his head smiling. "You guys are gonna make me loose my appetite." Parker complained. Soda picked up his ball to go and threw his ball down the lane with rapid speed. Strike. Me and Parker stood their side by side astonished. The game
Was almost halfway over when The pizza came and it was delicious- who knew bowling alley pizza was a hit? Parker was finishing up his slice of pizza when I got up to take my turn again. Soda turned and was handing me my ball when it slipped out of his grasp and it landed directly on-top of my foot. "OW!" I screamed and jumped holding my foot. "Ow ow ow.." I jumped on one foot over to my chair and I looked at sodapop to see him mortified. "Robyn glory are you okay?!" He said quickly putting the bowling ball back and kneeling before me. "I heard a crack" I did biting my lip keeping back my tears. "I'm so so sorry Robyn." "Soda I need to go to the hospital it hurts too bad." I grimaced scared to take off my bowling shoe. "Parker, go start the car." Soda ordered taking his keys out of his pocket. "Huh-" Parker asked mouth full of pizza clearly unaware of what was happening "start the car!" Soda barked and I didn't even care- I was in so much pain. Parker ran our bowling shoes back up to the counter while soda picked me up bridal style and carried me to the front seat of the truck. He set me down gently and grabbed my buckle. "Soda i can buckle myself in." I managed to giggle through the pain in my big toe. "I got it."the whole drive soda was apologising over and over again. Then he carried me again into the hospital.
