The plane landed in Monte Carlo, my mood was not the best but I had to look like I enjoyed being here. My friend Zedd had invited me a few days ago to be part of a party, mix some music and have some fun, since that day I had been locked up in the hotels, only leaving my room for the races. Rumours from the paddock said that Zak had fired Leana, others said she had resigned, others said she had asked for leave but I didn't pay attention to any of those rumours but the truth was that Leana Williams had not been present for almost two months, neither in the paddock nor in the office, I don't know where she is if she is well, she doesn't use social networks or anything that we can trace to know her location, her whereabouts were unknown. I tried to talk to the girls but none of them answered my calls, two days after what happened Kelly called me to tell me things without mincing words and I listened to her because I deserve it, Carlos doesn't talk to me much either, he only says hello when we pass each other in the paddock. Not only did I hurt Leana but all my friends because of me she left, every night I curse myself for that mistake, every time I remember her smile my mind takes me back to that damn night where I broke her heart into a thousand pieces. I swear if I could turn back time I would fix all the mistakes I made with her.

"Mate, what did you do?" Max touched my shoulder from behind, I just watched her walk away from me. I could feel a couple of tears fall down my cheeks, I took my head in my hands realizing I lost her. Carlos appeared in front of me and rested his arms on my shoulders shaking his head.

"Honey let's go" Isa grabbed my friend's arm, she was very angry. He let go of me and they walked towards the door.

"Carlos wait!" I shouted and ran towards him.

"Mate don't waste your words, I lied to her because of you, she looked everywhere for you and waited for you. You not only let her down but me too, I thought you were a good man. And you..." Carlos paused pointing at Luisa who was coming up beside me "Just stay away from us, you have no business being here anymore" he said for the last time and walked away. My friend's words went straight to my heart, he was absolutely right. I wiped a tear from my eye and turned to face Luisa.

"If I see you near me or Leana again I swear to God you will regret it, especially if you get close to her. Am I clear?" I spoke, before she could say anything I left the club and drove to the hotel.

I got to my room, dropped my bags and picked up the room phone to order some food. While I waited for the food to arrive I took a quick shower, I had an hour to get ready and go to the club. I really need tonight to be quiet so I can get back and rest up for the next GP here in Monaco.
I arrived at the club and as expected there was a crowd, it doesn't matter if it's Tuesday here in Monte Carlo every day there are parties and fun. I arrived at Zedd's place, we ordered something to drink and started mixing music, I'm not a professional like him I just do it for fun but if I ever retire from Formula 1 I think this will be my new job and of course to continue with my stuff at Quadrant.
The night was going really well, the club was packed with people dancing and singing along to my music, I think becoming a dj was one of the most fun things I have ever done.

After giving the place to Zedd I took a seat at the table near the dj booth to take a break, around the table were some other friends of the dj and a couple of girls, one of them didn't stop looking at me since I arrived, but I'm not interested in meeting any girl right now, I really want to go to sleep but I also need to occupy my mind and stop thinking about the possibility of meeting Leana. I picked up my glass of whisky and walked over to the railing of the booth where Zedd was livening up the party to watch the people downstairs enjoying the night, my eyes were lost in the crowd when my gaze found her, is it her? No it can't be her, Leana is not blonde. I quickly rubbed my eyes to try to clear my vision and looked back at her. She crossed her legs after a man next to her offered her a glass and then kissed her hand and she smiled, clearly she was flirting.
