I spent the whole dinner trying to tell Lando that I won't be able to go with him on tomorrow's flight, GQ magazine had contacted Charlotte our PR and they wanted me to give an interview about everything that has happened lately and how my job is with McLaren. I was very surprised by the news, I had never been in a magazine before, I just read them. Charlotte told me that it was very important for me to accept so that I could explain what happened so that there would be no more speculation because the team was in the middle of the controversy.

"Look what I brought" I said holding up a small white box with a red bow.

"I hope it's chocolate strawberries" Lando said with his eyes sparkling. I laughed and opened the small box with big chocolate dipped strawberries. He opened his eyes wide and stretched out his hand to take one but I slapped his hand to avoid that. "Ouch, let me take one!" He complained taking his hand exaggerating and grimacing in pain and I rolled my eyes.

"I'll give it to you, don't be anxious" I said taking the strawberry with the dark chocolate and bringing it close to his mouth "Just a little bite" I warned. He nodded and bit the tip of the strawberry without looking away from me then licked his lips tasting the sweet chocolate.

"Delicious" Lando said taking another strawberry from the box "Now it's your turn" he tipped the fruit into my mouth and I did exactly the same. He crawled over to sit next to me and took another bite of the candy in his hand and I did the same with mine. The chocolate melted in my fingers from the heat of it and then I sucked my fingers one by one as Lando's gaze was glued to my chocolatey fingers. He began to soften his eating motion by smearing his mouth with the dark chocolate. I smiled and bit my lower lip, I faced him on my knees and moved closer to his face placing my hands on the sides of his legs licking the corner of his lips cleaning each section of chocolate.

"So delicious" I said whispering against his lips and he closed his eyes enjoying the moment.

"Baby, stop" he begged. I ignored his pleas and kept cleaning every little part of his lips with my tongue. My brain betrayed me and I let out a moan from my throat and Lando quickly caught my jaw and kissed my mouth desperately, hungrily.
I don't know how we both got to our feet without stopping kissing, the air was starting to get tight in my lungs but who cares? He grabbed my waist and pulled me to him, then lifted me into the air and laid me gently on the bed.

"I missed you so much" I said as soon as Lando released my lips to suck on my neck, I closed my eyes tight and another moan came out of my mouth as he continued to devour me. I opened my eyes as I felt Lando stop in, he looked at me with a half smile. My confused gesture watched every faction of his face, suddenly his eyes watered "Baby are you ok?" I said worriedly and stroked his cheek as he dropped to his knees between my legs, I stood up even more worried as I watched a tear fall from his eyes.

"I don't deserve you" he said with his gaze downcast. A mouthful of saliva ran down my throat forming a lump in it.

"What are you talking about? Of course you do" I said lifting his chin to make him look at me. He was actually crying.

"No, I don't. I can't have you after I almost..." he paused I guess trying to find the right words "After that man tried to abuse you, and all because of me" he said and his green eyes were getting brighter and brighter with tears and maybe guilt. I was silent for a few seconds, it wasn't his fault at least not entirely, I can't blame him for my actions. I want to be with him, no matter what happened I never felt so good being around him, and I want to make sure he knows that.

"Come here" I said crossing my legs and he laid down on the bed and put his head in my lap. "A lot of things happened to me in my life, some bad and some really good things like meeting you" I smiled and kissed his forehead, he looked like a little baby. "We both know we made mistakes, we are not perfect. I'm not sure about a lot of things in my life, but what I feel for you goes beyond everything. You're teaching me what love is" my eyes started to well up with tears, in relationships it's very important to communicate everything that happens to us, that's what it's all about. "And there's nothing in the world I want more than to be with you, because I love you and I'm so in love with you" Lando caught a tear on my cheek before it fell. "And what happened that day is in the past, of course it still hurts but it's about what I want, and I want you and I say yes to you and only you" we both smiled and I ducked my head to kiss him. After a situation like this you feel like you can never be you again but sometimes people come into your life that change it completely, and he changed me, he opened the doors of my heart and walked in without permission to stay forever. I can say 'no' but I can also say 'yes' and that's what it's all about.
