19. Hospital

1 week later from the fight:

Matts Pov still:

Its been one week at the hospital, I haven't left there, I haven't seen home since tat day that I left for school, I've been sleeping on the couch in either y/n or Nicks room each night just waiting for one of then to wake up since they haven't opened their eyes since that day. And I have been eating barely anything, chris has been making me and pulling me out of their rooms everyday to go get some food from McDonalds to get food. Chris has been also sleeping on one of their couches but Chris has actually been home within the week at least a couple times unlike me.

Then one day I was nicks room sitting next to him talking him and telling him past memories that we've had together while crying.

"Matt." I hear nick calmly say with his eyes closed still.

"Nick?! Nick?!" I say excitedly from hearing him say my name.

"Chris wake the fuck up nick just said my name!" I yelled at chris as me jumped up from the couch.

"wait what??" Chris said rushing over next to me.

"Nick said my name!" I said with a real smile on my face for the first time that week.

"Hey nick buddy can you hear us?" Chris asked placing him hand on nicks arm waiting for a response.

"Chris?" Nick says but this time with more confusion.

"yea im here its chris" Chris says looking at nick.

Then nicks eyes slowly open and he looks around the room and then at us.

"Guys? Where am i?" Nick says confused sitting up.

"The hospital" chris says, before I jump up too go get a nurse.

Once the nurse comes in she asks us and nick questions and then asks for us to leave the room so she could run some tests. So we both go into y/n's room. We both go on either side of her and sit down.

"Hey y/n" I said grabbing her hand before I start continuing "nick just woke up and he seems fine, I hope you wake up soon too"

I look up at Chris as a tear falls down my cheek.

"Its alright man she's gonna get through this." Chris says to reassure me

"But what if she doesnt?" I blurt out as more tears fall down my face.

"Hey don't say that, she going to and you know that" chris said as a tear went down his cheek and he wiped it off.

Then a nurse comes into the room and tells us that nick is doing fine and that she is going to run some tests on y/n, so we leave the room and go back into nicks. Once we get into nicks room we talk to him and good thing, he hasn't lost his memory and he still remembers the whole fight so we talk some and then the nurse comes and tells us that we can visit y/n so I go first and Chris stays with nick. Once I get into y/n's room I walk over to the same side of her bed that I been at for the last week and sat down in the familiar chair.

"hey y/n, good news nick is fine he hasn't lost his memory. And I hope you don't either" I said as I stood up and walked to the other side of the room to get a drink of water from my water bottle.

"Matt" y/n says quietly as I walk away.

I immediately turn around and see her arm reached out towards me and once she sees my face she smiles and giggles I quickly walk back up to her.

"Oh my god y/n your awake" I say happily smiling the biggest I have since nick woke up. And she just giggled again

"What?" I said

"Nothing your just so cute." Y/n said reaching her arms out like a little kid. My god she is adorable I thought to myself as I hugged her and she hugged me back

"Im gonna go tell a nurse your awake now" I said then kissed her forehead and walked out of the room. I found the nurse from earlier and told her and she went into y/n's room as I went into nicks.

"Y/n's awake now" I said smiling walking up to Chris and nick.

"Shes is? Can I see her?" Chris said excited

"No the nurse is with her right now" I told him

"Wait y/n in also here?" Nick asked us.

"Yea after you got knocked out y/n saved you and then Matt had to save y/n and then the dude hit y/n in the back of her head with a fire extinguisher." Chris explained to nick

"Oh is she alright!" Nick asked me

"Yea I think so but we have to wait for the nurse." I tell him

Not long later the nurse comes in to update us on y/n. She is fine, no memory loss nothing bad and that her and nick will be able to go home tomorrow. So me and Chris talk and decide that so that night Chris and will stay with nick for the night and ill stay with y/n for the night. So then Chris goes and talks to y/n as I stay and talk to nick. Then when it hits 9:30 me and Chris swap and I go into y/n's room and Chris goes into Nicks and we spend the night there. I have to sleep on the couch since there isn't enough room for both me and y/n on the hospital bed together.
