40. Im Free

I then wake up in matts arms and my head in his chest

I look up st his face and I can see that his eyes are spaced out across the room

"Morning baby" I saw to snap him out of zoning out

"Huh? Oh. Morning sweety" matt says then looking down at me and smiling

Then he leans in and places a small little kiss on my forehead

"Moms gonna come up here soon to make sure no one is in here so your gonna have to leave" matt tells me

"Oh ok" I say

"I'll go down stairs to make sure mom dad and nick aren't down there so we can get you out through the front door" matt tells me

"ok ill wait for you" I told him as he left his room and went downstairs

I decided to check what time it was, and its 10:15 am

Then matt comes back in the room

"Nick is down there, we have to sneak you out through the window again" matt told me

"Ok" I said

Then matt left the room and then soon came back with Chris

"Ok who's gonna be catching her?" Chris said

"Who's stronger?" Matt said

and then they flexed their arm muscles and matt looks strong but then I look over at Chris and his was bigger than matts.

"Chris looks stronger, sorry matty" I said

"Ok, ill lower her down" matt tells Chris as Chris goes out of the door.

Then matt gets a notification on his phone soon and its chris telling him that hes ready

Then matt opens the window and I hang my legs out and matt holds onto my arms while I hold onto his and then I feel chris's hands grab my knees 

"Ok ready!" Chris tells matt for him to drop me

"Ok y/n we are gonna have to let go" matt says to me

"3..2...1" we both say together as then matt lets go of my arms and I let go of his.

Then I start falling, and I then feel chris's arms around my stomach holding me up off the ground. Then he stops holding me and puts me down.

"Thank you chris" I say to him

"Anytime y/n" chris says

Then I walk off and Chris goes back into his house and I spend the rest of the month, basically just like that until......

1 Month Later From Y/n Sneaking Out:

Matts Pov:

Over the past month me and Chris have made up with nick and nick trusts y/n a lot more than he did the night at McDonald's.

"oh my god! Boys get down right now!" I hear mom say from down stairs in the living 

Then me Chris and nick all run out of our rooms and run down stairs into the living room

"What??" Nick says as he runs in there with me and Chris right behind him

"Shhh! Watch!" Dad tells us

Then we all look at the tv and listen

"-y/n y/m/n Stevens is not guilty! I repeat she is not guilty, we have found out that Kayla Heather Rare has framed y/n by photoshopping the pictures that were sent to us. Y/n y/m/n Stevens is not a murderer she did not kill those two men. We don't know who did or if Kayla did, but Kayla will be going to jail for framing y/n and second degree murder. everyone can now stop searching for y/n she is completely innocent, and y/n if you are seeing this I am very sorry for what you have went through the past month." The news person said and they also showed a picture of Kayla in a prisoners uniform in handcuffs.

We are all just stunned and speechless.

I am smiling with my mouth open a little from joy and a tear of happiness just rolled down my cheek

"Dont worry I recorded it, you can go show her it" dad says and I get a notification on my phone of the news report

"Thank you so much" I say

And then nick and chris both look at me and we all have the same idea in ours heads, I nod at them and we all run out the front door and get in the van as fast as possible and start driving.

Chris pulls up the tracker app and tells me where she is.

I pull up and park in a nearby parking lot.

I immediately get out and Chris and nick are a bit behind but I run up as fast as I can too y/n and give her the biggest hug behind her back I ever could give anyone while crying happy tears.

"What's wrong mattyb?" She asks me in a worried tone while placing her hands on my arms

"Your free" I say through my crys

"What?" She says

I give her my phone and it is already on the video and she watches it and by the end she is in tears and nick and Chris are standing next to us

I then pull away from her and all of us are as happy as we could possibly be. 

Then we all four group hug

"Goddamn it y/n your free!" Chris says while jumping a bit

"I know I know!!!" She says happily

"Oh my god can you drive me to my house please?" Y/n turned to me and said

"Of course, cmon" I said and then we all walked to the van

We all get in the van and I drive y/n to her house

"Want me to come in?" I ask her once we pull in the drive way

"Yea" she tells me

We both get out of the van and walk inside we see y/n's mom sitting on the couch and the house is a complete mess there's beer cans and bottles all over the house dirty dishes, clothes everywhere, and the place doesn't smell like how it used too.

"Mom..." Y/n says while holding my hand tight and a tear running down her face

"Oh sweety..." Her mom says

"She might just be drunk" I whisper in her ear as she takes a step forward and stops

"Mom how much have you had to drink today?" Y/n asks her 

"I haven't drank anything today sweety, I just woke up about 2 hours ago and I say the news baby, im so sorry for everything I did that day" she said but she looks a little bit crazy. 

"oh mom.." Y/n says as she lets go of my hand and walks up to her mom and gives her a hug 

While they are hugging I start to turn around to give them some space and go outside. But when I open the door I turn around quickly to see if their alright before I go outside and I cannot believe what I see.......
