Unti-unting bumalik ang senses ko habang patuloy akong ginigising ng isang tao.
"Kyle, wake up." Muli nitong tawag.
I finally opened my eyes, and lifted my head. Dito, nakita ko si Kuya Joshua.
"You still wanna have a drink with me?" He asked.
Nakatulog pala ako dito sa desk ko. Damn, that was a really wonderful dream. Akala ko nayakap ko na ulit ang pinakamamahal ko.
"Y-yeah." Tango ko. "Give me a minute lang."
I yawned again bago kamutin ng bahagya ang mga mata ko na bagong gising. I sighed bago tumayo sa upuan ko.
I headed at the small bathroom dito sa office ko para maghilamos. I washed my face twice before looking at the small mirror.
Kelan ba kita ulit makikita, love? I miss you so bad.
Later on ay sa XYLO kami napadpad ni Kuya Joshua. Dalawa lang kami dahil nga may lakad daw si Darren tonight. Ewan ko ba, lately andami nyang lakad pag gabi. Kaya sya nababalita bigla na kung sino sino ang kasama e.
I took a sip of my beer before looking back at the dance floor where Kuya Joshua is. He looks like he is having fun dancing with a bottle in his hand. It's been a while since I went to a club. Hindi din naman kasi kami ma-club ni Ate Janella sa London. She despises it actually.
Pinanood ko lang ang mga tao while having fun in their own ways, pinakinggan ko lang din ang blasting music sa paligid.
Maya maya pa ay bumalik na si Kuya Joshua sa booth namin.
"Oh, mukha namang bored ka?" He shouted over the loud music.
"No!" I shouted back. "Just not really into bar anymore."
"Why didn't you tell me then?"
"I don't want to ruin your fun!"
Kuya Joshua just gave me a smile before placing the beer bottle at the table.
"Tara na!" Aya nya bago tumayo sa upuan.
We headed out of the bar, and naglakad kami papunta sa parking lot.
"Sorry to ruin your fun, Kuya." Sabi ko as we walk.
"Ano ka ba? Wala yun no." Sagot naman nya. "Naiingayan na din ako e."
Malapit na kami sa parking lot nung biglang mag-iba ng daan si Kuya Joshua, kaya sinundan ko na lang sya. Pumasok kami sa 7-11, and he headed straight sa Alcohol section ng store. He grabbed 6 cans of beer, headed to the counter to pay.
"Tara sa may Tagaytay." Aya ni Kuya Joshua.
"Aren't you tired yet, Kuya?"
"No." Iling nya. "Tsaka, I want you to have your fun. I think a quiet place will do."
With that, we drive to Tagaytay. We stopped in a highway high enough to see the city lights. Tahimik, and malamig ang gabi. We sat at the back of Kuya Joshua's pick up.
