"Choi Hyunsuk. I have a question," Jihoon said while washing the dishes after they finished having dinner. Hyunsuk is currently cleaning the stove. "What kind of work are you doing?"

"Wow! Are you starting to want to know about your future husband? Get to know your future husband? You're now curious about me? You're interested in me now already?" Hyunsuk asked excitedly.

"I'm just asking because I didn't see you actually work but you still manage to pay the rent, the bill and even spend your money on your fashion items," Jihoon said. "Just me as a housemate, curious about what his housemate does at work. You don't look like you're working 9 to 5. It doesn't seem like you're working as a shift bassist as well. But it seems like you get paid really well. Are you using your parents' wealth? Or is it your own income? If you're doing something bad, I can prepare myself for the worse,"

"Huh? That's all?" Hyunsuk asked. "My parents only let me come back here after I have a stable financial status. That's why I can only be here now. They won't let me use their money if it's unnecessary for them. I'm grown up enough to make my own decisions,"

"I see. Where are you working?" Jihoon asked.

"Diamond University," Hyunsuk said.

"Oh," Jihoon nodded. "Desk job?"

"More or less," Hyunsuk said.

"They surely pay you well. Considering how you spend your money," Jihoon said.

"More or less,"

"You're spacing out again," Asahi said. Jihoon blinked before he turned to Asahi who's sitting in front of him. Jihoon looks back at the paper he's holding. The permission to visit the laboratory in Diamond University. Reading the name of the university, Jihoon remembered his conversation with Hyunsuk a few days ago.

"Oh. Sorry" Jihoon said. He looked back at the permission notice that Asahi gave to him. Asahi wanted to visit a laboratory to do his observation and for the reference for his upcoming webcomic chapters. But Jihoon didn't expect that Asahi would manage to get the permission this fast.

"So, if you're free today, let's go," Asahi said. Jihoon opened the planner. Seems like he has no important or urgent meeting for today.

"Okay then. I'll inform the boss first," Jihoon said. Asahi nodded excitedly. Jihoon smiled seeing Asahi being excited. Usually Asahi just does his own things slowly and steadily. Even if they need to do any site visit for the reference of his webcomic, he didn't look as excited as he is today. But it's a good thing seeing Asahi has something that can make him excited as well. After getting permission from his boss, Jihoon and Asahi walked toward the university. It's not so far from their company, so they just walked. "I'm impressed that you managed to get that permission this fast. We just discussed it yesterday. Usually it will require me to apply for the permission and things,"

"Well. I know someone from there by chance. And he helped me with it," Asahi said.

"Oh? Do you know someone from the office management?" Jihoon asked.

"Not from the management. But someone in the lab. He helped me with the paperwork and stuff," Asahi said. After a few minutes of walking, they finally arrived at the university. They went to the office to pass the permission notice. While Asahi was doing that, Jihoon looked around. Who knows he can see Hyunsuk anywhere here. Jihoon wondered how happy Hyunsuk would look if he saw Jihoon at his workplace. Until Asahi was done with it, he hadn't seen Hyunsuk at all. Maybe he's not in the management. "What are you looking for?"

"Oh. I just.. Nothing," Jihoon sighed. Asahi gave him the visitor pass and told that they needed to wait for someone from the laboratory to come and walk them to the laboratory. Jihoon took out his phone and opened the chatroom with Hyunsuk. He quickly shook his head. Why the hell did he want to ask Hyunsuk about it? He's here for work, not for a fun visit. And why did he even think about Hyunsuk now? It's supposed to be Hyunsuk who'll be excited to meet him if they met each other by chance. Not him excitedly telling Hyunsuk that he's visiting Hyunsuk's working place. Jihoon turned to Asahi when he felt like the Japanese guy was staring at him. "What?"
