Jihoon opened his eyes after he felt the sun rays shine on his face. Hyunsuk is already up, trying to wake him up just by opening the curtain. Again. Has it been a week since Hyunsuk decided to not give him his good morning kiss? Jihoon sighed. There are many days Jihoon decides to pretend that he's still sleeping when Hyunsuk comes into his bedroom to wake him up. He just waited for Hyunsuk to peck on his cheek before he opened his eyes. It has been their daily routine. Yes. Jihoon is too egoistic to admit that he is actually looking forward to Hyunsuk to wake him up that way every morning.

"Good morning, Jihoon," Hyunsuk said. Smiling at him like always. Jihoon missed a lot. He should've treated Hyunsuk kinder earlier. He tried too hard to treat Hyunsuk coldly to make Hyunsuk stop liking him. But Hyunsuk hasn't stopped caring about him. Jihoon really felt bad. Just like what Jisoo said, Jihoon too, he feels like he wants to go back through time and slap, no. Beat his past self and make him realize how much he actually cares about Hyunsuk and his ego is just wasting his time. He keeps on hurting a person that tried the hardest to make him happy. Yup. His past self really deserved a beating. Now too. He hasn't even talked to Hyunsuk about how he actually felt. He tried to find the right time but Hyunsuk seems like trying so hard to avoid him. It hurts.

Hyunsuk walked out from Jihoon's room. Jihoon sighed. He grabbed his towel and walked toward the bathroom. After he finished getting ready, he put his backpack on the couch. Hyunsuk is currently still cooking his breakfast. Jihoon stands behind Hyunsuk. He didn't say anything. Just stand there. There's an urge for him to hug that tiny waist from behind but he didn't want to bother Hyunsuk doing his work. And because he hasn't really talked about what he's actually feeling toward Hyunsuk yet. He just felt like he shouldn't do anything that might make Hyunsuk avoid him even more. But didn't Hyunsuk like him? He would've liked it if Jihoon treated him nicely. But why does Hyunsuk keep on avoiding him these days?

"What are you doing, Park Jihoon?" Hyunsuk asked. Jihoon looked at Hyunsuk who's still not even turning his body to face him. He's still flipping the fish he's cooking.

"Don't you think you forgot about something?" Jihoon asked. Like, what if he forgot, right? "I feel like you've forgotten something. Your routine,"

"And what is it?" Hyunsuk asked him back. Jihoon is not really sure what Hyunsuk is currently thinking because he couldn't even look at his face since he's not facing him yet.

"My good morning kiss," Jihoon said. While staring at Hyunsuk's back, Jihoon can see that Hyunsuk is kind of startled by his words.

"You are already wide awake now, Jihoon-ah. I give a peck on your cheek because I know that you're going to wake up if I did it. But these days, you are already awake after I open the curtain," Hyunsuk said calmly. Wait! Did he really plan not to give him his good morning kiss for good? Why the hell Jihoon feels like it's a super big deal when he can wake up just fine without it before?

"So, if I still didn't wake up even after you open the curtain, you're going to kiss me?" Jihoon asked.

"It depends," Hyunsuk said. So… There's a chance for him to get the good morning kiss again, right? Hyunsuk put the fish he just finished cooking on the plate and served it on the table. "I'll get going first,"

Jihoon quickly grabbed Hyunsuk's hand. Didn't let Hyunsuk just leave. Jihoon pulled Hyunsuk's hand and made him sit at the table, at his usual seat. He really needs to make Hyunsuk stop avoiding him. It's not a pleasant feeling having Hyunsuk suddenly act cold toward him.

"I'll eat fast. Let's go to work together," Jihoon said. He remembered something. What if Hyunsuk really has an important thing to do at the university? "Oh! You didn't have any appointment or need to finish any report that you need to submit before lunch or you need to prepare for any classes for your TA jobs today?"
