"Jihoon-ah~" Jisoo called his name after they finished with the meeting. Jihoon turned to Jisoo and smiled. "Whoa. It has been years since the last time I saw you. You changed quite a lot. You used to look very cute back then. Now you look really manly,"
"If I confessed to you now, would you accept me?" Jihoon asked. It made Jisoo stunned for a bit before Jihoon chuckled. "I'm joking. How are you? You looked happier than the last time I saw you,"
"You scared me a bit just now," Jisoo said. "You know yourself that you didn't have that kind of feeling toward me anymore,"
"How can you be so sure about that?" Jihoon asked.
"By the look of your eyes. Eyes can't lie. The way you looked at me was just like how Junkyu looked at me. It's not like when you had a crush on me back then," Jisoo said. "I bet you have found someone that makes you feel more than you felt for me back then. What kind of person is it? Did I know them? Will you introduce them to me soon?"
"You sure looked really happy now, noona," Jihoon said.
"Because I am," Jisoo said. She then looked around before she pulled Jihoon toward a corner with less people around. After making sure that no one can hear her if she's whispering, she whispered to Jihoon. "I'm going to get married soon,"
"What?! Shotgun?!" Jihoon almost shouted but managed to hold his voice and just whispered.
"Why are you having the exact same reaction as Junkyu? Are you guys lost twins or something?" Jisoo asked.
"But really. When did you even date anyone?" Jihoon asked her back.
"We've been in a relationship for 3 years already. I manage to keep our relationship a secret. Last week, he just proposed. No shotgun. He proposed to me properly and he'll meet my family next week. The earliest, I might release an official statement after the web drama finished airing. I've told my company about it as well," Jisoo said. "You're the first one other than my family and those who're working with me that know about it. You should be proud,"
"Should I?" Jihoon asked. "Did he make you happy?"
"Very. He's caring. He's willing to wait for me to open my heart. He didn't control me too much. He listens to my stories. He's always there whenever I need him. No matter how busy he is, he'll find some time to see me or at least call me," Jisoo said. "He's with me when I'm happy, sad or even when I'm angry. He took note of what I like and dislike. He always makes sure that I will be comfortable and tries so hard to please me. It really took a lot of effort doing that. I almost felt like I didn't deserve him. But he reassured me that I am the only one he ever wanted. He makes sure that he always keeps his words. I keep feeling that he deserves someone better than me. But then, I realized that I want him for me. So just like that, I started to try to be a better person for him. I would say that he's the reason I've been working this hard. Because he is always supporting me. He's my backbones,"
"You're whipped for sure," Jihoon said.
"Why not? He's going to be my husband soon anyway," Jisoo said.
"And who's this lucky guy?" Jihoon asked.
"You won't believe it," Jisoo said. "It's the Kim Legacy's CEO. Kim Seokjin,"
"What?!" Jihoon now couldn't hold his voice and actually shouted. Some of the people around them turned at him. Jisoo quickly shushes him while bowing at the people who are looking at them in curiosity.
"Aren't you being too loud?"
"Noona. Listen. It's our first proper meeting after almost 10 years. And you have been dropping surprises non stop, okay? How can I be just, 'Oh. Really? Congratulations then'? I can't," Jihoon said. "He's like the most wanted bachelor that the females in this country want to get married to. And you just told me that you've been dating for 3 years. And even going to get married? What a day. There's too much breaking news today,"
