Shinobu is walking back to the butterfly estate. She is going to inform Tamayo about the approval, and also about how the other Hashira have to also approve of this plan.
Shinobu walked in a room where Tamayo was in.
"Tamayo-san. I've gained Oyakata-sama's approval. However, master said that we have to also see if the other Hashiras approve of our plan too."
"Of course, Kocho. We also have to find out if our cure works, so before killing a demon, make sure to use the cure on them."

Shinobu was sent on a mission.
This is perfect. I have to remember to use the cure though.
The demon was of course, easy to take down. They weren't of the Twelve Kizuki.
Shinobu remembered not to hurt the demon too much, because if the cure works, then they will be in incredible pain when they convert back into a human being.
Shinobu got the syringe holding the antidote, and injected into the demon's, maybe soon to be human's elbow.
...
It had worked.
"Where- Where am I?"
"Don't worry, you're safe. Do you remember where your home is?" Shinobu asked the man.
"Yes, it's near the Kyuzaki river."
"Can you get there all by yourself?"
"Yes, thank you ma'am."
...
Shinobu was glad. The antidote had worked. The antidote was their last hope for peace, and it had worked.

Shinobu then quickly got back to the estates, where she knew Tamayo was waiting in the butterfly estate.
Before that, she sent a crow to Kagaya and told him about how the antidote had worked.

"Tamayo-san."
She walked in seeing Tamayo reading a book, and then Tamayo looked up to face Shinobu.
"Yes, Kocho? Did the antidote work?"
"Yes, Tamayo-san, it did. All we have to do now is to see if the Hashiras approve of our plan."
"Okay."
...
Shinobu then sent a crow to all the Hashira, saying that they should meet at the sakura trees in 10 minutes. It was a place where they would talk while they're not on their missions.

Shinobu started walking to the sakura trees. She saw Mitsuri there with Obanai already. She greeted them quietly.
Lot long after, Sanemi came. So did Muichiro, Kyojuro, Tengen, and Gyomei.
"Hello everyone," Shinobu said.
"Hello, Kocho!" Kyojuro said.
Muichiro was staring at the clouds.
"If I may ask, why are we here?" Gyomei asked.
Sanemi and Obanai didn't say anything, since they already knew.
"Me and Tamayo-san have developed an antidote for turning demons back into humans. We don't know if it will work on upper moons, or if they would work on very old demons, such as a demon being 100 years old or more."
"Does the cure work?" Gyomei asked.
"Yes, it did. I tried it on a demon on my latest mission, however, I didn't do it on Nezuko-chan yet."
"Okay."
"I've called you all here today to see if you all approve of using it on Tomioka-san, and killing upper moon 2. Thus, invading his temple. We'll have to plan the attack through," Shinobu said.
"Wait, hold on a second. Why are we going to turn Tomioka back into a human!? He's already eaten lots of human beings!" Sanemi yelled.
"That's true, no way he can be forgiven for that," Tengen said, nodding.
"I agree. We shouldn't use the antidote on him. We should just kill him along with the upper moon two," Obanai said.
Mitsuri just stood there, unable to make a choice. She couldn't bring herself to kill one of her comrades, well, former comrades. She couldn't bring herself to kill Giyuu. He was one of the bravest, strongest people she knew.
"I'll agree on whatever the majority of us say!" Kyojuro said.
"Me too," Mitsuri said.
"I say we put an end to this poor soul."
What am I doing here again? Muichiro questions himself.
"Alright then. We'll invade upper moon 2's temple soon. Should Tanjiro-kun and the other boys come?" Shinobu asked.
"I don't know, they're kids. Tomioka and upper moon 2's strength together would be deadly," Gyomei said.
"I think only Tanjiro-kun should come. He has a lot of potential, and he's also the one who is the closest to Tomioka," Tengen said.
"Okay. Tamayo-san is preparing drugs if we need to drug them. Everything will help," Shinobu said.
"Now, goodbye everyone. The day we invade his temple is probably going to be tomorrow, early in the morning. About 4AM or so. That way, the sun can rise."
With that, everyone left. Shinobu went back to the butterfly mansion to inform Tanjiro about everything.

"Huh?! We're going to be invading upper moon 2's temple?" Tanjiro gasped.
"Yes, Tanjiro-kun. All the Hashira are going to be there. Giyuu and upper 2 is going to be there. They are very powerful, we have to have as much help as possible. We never know when other upper moons, or even Kibutsuji will come and aid them at the temple."
"Okay, Kocho-san."
"I prefer you not to tell your friends until after we get back from the mission. I don't want them to worry," Shinobitch said.
"Yes, Kocho-san.
