Jules and Aleena's First Kiss

Charles made his way to the restaurant while Jules and Aleena went over to the shore. "Remember to tell my father that I'll be staying with Jules for a couple of days before returning home." Aleena said to Juan. "Just be careful princess. We don't want anything bad happening to you." Juan said to Aleena. "I will." Aleena said when she looked down at the crab and smiled. Juan leaped into the ocean water and started swimming his way back to Atlantica. "Have you ever tried surface food before?" Jules asked Aleena. "Everything is all new to me. And I truly don't know what to do in the matter of courting and being desirable to you as a male surfacer. However, I do feed my pet seal fish but eating things like crab, lobster and shrimp especially since my people and I don't eat seafood except for kelp." Aleena explained to Jules.

"We always can go another restaurant that doesn't serve seafood out of respects for both you and your people." Jules said to Aleena. "Thank you. That would be very much appreciated." Aleena said to Jules. "I just need to tell Charles that first." Jules said to Aleena. "Okay, I guess I'll just wait here for a bit." said Aleena. Charles listened to what Jules' explanation and said. "That's not a problem for me. Plus I don't want to do anything that would make your fiancée uncomfortable with us or anything that would be inconsiderate to her and her people." Charles said to his younger brother. "Thanks for understanding." Jules said to Charles.

A few hours later...

Juan stood in front of King Leonardo and gave him his full report about everything that happened and how his youngest daughter was being kindly treated and taken cared of by Jules and his brother Charles and he made sure to inform Leonardo of Charles loving to eat crustaceans. "Thank you for reporting about everything that happened at the surface this morning, Juan." said the Sea King. "You're welcome your majesty. Now if you excuse me I better start writing new songs for the upcoming concert this week." Juan said before he was dismissed from the Sea King.

Meanwhile back at the surface, Aleena was having the time of her life. She never knew such varieties delicacies and pastries exist. Of course, Jules didn't want her putting on weight as a result. So he made a mental note to keep her eating habits in check as she wanted to trying a lot of foods, cakes and drinks. "You're adorable, you know that?" Jules said to Aleena who started blushing as she soon smiled a little bit at him. "You think so?" Aleena asked Jules while she was still blushing. "You can always read my thoughts if you think I'm lying." Jules told Aleena. "I believe you. It's just that...." Aleena said softly. "Just what?" asked Jules. "I heard your thoughts about me earlier at the clothes shop. and I'm happy that my bodily appearance pleases and excites you." Aleena said as she blushed darker.

"Aleena, it's just that you know how I never had any luck with any of the girls on land but you're beautiful as both a Merhog under the sea or a Hedgehog on land and your emerald green eyes... they glisten like emeralds..." Jules said to Aleena while he was blushing a bit. "What about those other females had adventures with as a pirate? The ones you told me about? Isabella? Rosemary?" Aleena asked Jules. "I'm not their type, at all. I once had a crush on Isabella a couple of years, but that was very short lived as she and I have nothing in common." Jules said as he confirmed it to Aleena. "Isabella and I are in the friend zone and we're actually fine with and you are actually pretty lucky that she didn't see you as a Merhog or else everyone would know that you're a Merhog this whole time." Jules told Aleena.

"What this friend zone? Is it a regional location on land or at sea to which friends journey to? Did you both journey there since you say you're both in this friend zone?" Aleena asked Jules with a confused look on her face. Jules laughed after hearing those questions and said "Aleena, you're so cute and innocent!" Jules said as he petted Aleena on the head causing Aleena to start purring adorably. Jules explained to her the meaning behind friend zone and made it perfectly clear to Aleena that there's nothing between him or any female before her. After spending the day out it got really late and all of the shops and stores were either closed or closing for the night.
