The Daughter She Always Wanted

Isabella had followed Arthur after seeing him run from the motel. She didn't expect that it would lead to Jules and Aleena. If Amadeus were to find this out, she'd never hear the end of it from him. Isabella wasn't there long and only heard the part of her having a kid with Arthur. "Let's talk in a more secured place. The wind has ears you know." said Charles. Everyone agreed knowing what Charles meant. Jules went to pick up Aleena. "I'll catch up. I won't be long." said Arthur. The hedgehog brothers took off from the area leaving Arthur behind. 

Arthur was doing his best the follow after the hedgehog brothers by tracing the dust trail. Part of Arthur still couldn't believe that former pirate from the surface world became part of the royal family. But because King Leonardo approved of Jules for Aleena, Arthur had to obey. "Those instruments we found 5 months ago was rumored to be made by the Merfolk under the sea." Isabella said as she took out what looked like a harp that was made by one of the merfolk. Isabella was never about to get it to work. She was no musician and had no knowledge of Atlantician tech or musical instruments. Charles had asked to study it, but she refused knowing he would take it apart. Now it was just sitting in her pouch doing nothing and being useless.

"If only I knew how to play a musical instrument." Isabella said as she soon looked at the back of the harp which had a name carved into it and it that name was Mina. Recalling what Jules said earlier, Isabella said, "Maybe if I ever have a daughter I'll name her Mina."Seeing that there was nothing else for her where she was at, Isabella decided to return to the ship where Amadeus and the rest of the crew were. "I'm back." said Isabella. On seeing Isabella, Rosemary went over and slapped her in the face. Isabella held her left cheek as she looked back at Rosemary angrily and shouted. "What the hell was that for?!" Rosemary looked at Isabella in anger, "That was for punching my boyfriend in the face earlier today! You had no right to do that!" the Vixen shouted at Isabella. 

"I kinda deserved it for calling Isabella a damaged leftover gold digger." said Amadeus. "Honey, have a spine and don't accept that crap from her! I know you both got into a heated argument, but it was because she was slacking off, leaving you to do the fishing work by yourself." Rosemary said to Amadeus. "Excuse me Rosemary, but he admitted that he called me out of my name!" shouted Isabella."Isabella, I was the one who originally called you a damaged leftover gold digger because your temper, lack of self-control and self-entitlement in believing you deserve more than you're worth a.k.a. your lack of modesty are why you're still single." Rosemary told Isabella. "Jules found someone before you did because he's more calmer and also the only person not to call you a damaged leftover gold digger was because he can't swim." Amadeus told Isabella. "I told you time and again Isabella that your attitude and ridiculous expectations in what you want in a relationship turn men off to you. Hell, even the captain never gave you so much as a look and would rather spent his time at night clubs and brothels with his crewmen." Rosemary told Isabella.

"And speaking of Jules, I heard from Amadeus that he's happier now that he's with that hedgehog girl he met recently." said Rosemary. "I already know that. She was also that same hedgehog girl he wouldn't let me meet." Isabella told Rosemary. "Why does he need to introduce you to her?" Rosemary asked Isabella. "She does have the same features as the Purple Merhog that Jules found a few weeks ago." said Amadeus. "And how would you know that?" Rosemary asked Amadeus. "From the way Isabella described her earlier today. Though I don't get why she was naked at the beach in front of Jules." said Amadeus. "What!?" shouted Rosemary. "Isabella told me that. I didn't literally see it for myself like she did. But maybe that the purple Merhog that Jules found in the fishnet had magic powers that could turn her tail into legs and from what Jules told me is that she was the daughter of the Sea King." said Amadeus.

"Merhogs that can walk on land with fins transformed into walking legs and feet? Ridiculous! There's no such creature with that kind of power." said Isabella. "Yet don't question Jules for naturally having unbelievable speed." said Amadeus. "That's different!" shouted Isabella. "It might be true or not if that female hedgehog is the same Merhog that Jules found." said Amadeus. "You can't assume that without proof Amadeus. And Jules doesn't needs you spreading ridiculous rumors about his new girlfriend which would cause him headaches he doesn't need from you or anyone else. And you Isabella, don't go around talking about Jules' girlfriend." Rosemary told Amadeus. "You have a fair point, Rosemary." said Amadeus. "And you Isabella, let Jules go. You threw away your chance to be with him after you ignored me when I suggested to admit to him that you liked him and to give him a chance. You looked down on him initially because of his previous status. He clearly moved on from you." Rosemary told Isabella. "Alright, Rosemary..." said Isabella. 

Isabella turned to Amadeus and said "Before I go...I'm sorry for punching earlier. I was out of line." said Isabella. "And I'm sorry for what I called you earlier." said the fox as Isabella said nothing more and left the couple as she went to another part of the ship to be alone with her thoughts. Isabella took out the harp from her bag and looks at it sadly. 'But if...Isabella were to have a kid like a daughter for example, she probably would have...Isabella's looks.'Isabella was recalling Jules words from earlier as she looked at the instrument with "Mina" engraved on it."Sadly I can't have that daughter with you Jules," Isabella said in a saddened voice. "I'm sure Jules is happy with that female hedgehog right now...and maybe I'll find someone right for me someday if that ever is going to happen..." Isabella said as she continued looking at the harp with "Mina" engraved on it. "Maybe I should let Charles take a look at this thing. It's not like I'm doing anything important with it. (Sighed) I just hope others don't see this as an excuse for me to see Jules again." Isabella placed the instrument away and decided to just go sleep.
