The slightly dusty air in the cave tingled on Victor's tounge as the group walked forward through the mine.

Cindy: How much longer till we get out of the cave?
Sir Pecks: Milady is right the cave could be hiding something deadly.
Harry: Not likely, I can sense that the mine is full of miners and Diglett, speaking of which there's one over there.

A Diglett was gathering minerals from a cave wall.

Diglett: Just go north through the mine and you'll find it.

Then a earthquake suddenly happened as a giant dugtrio came out the ground.

Giga Dugtrio: Idiot boy you will die for abandoning your job.

Lola and Sir pecks came out her balls and beat up the giga Dugtrio. Lola evolves into Diggersby and Sir pecks evolve into Corvisquire.

Victor: Liking the new forms guys.

Diglett: Thanks for saving me. My names Devon.

Victor captures Devon and heads north through the mine.

Near the exit the same fluffy haired boy was about to leave when he saw Victor.

??? You're the trainer who embarrassed himself at the opening ceremony.

???: What a joke. A buffoon like you doesn't deserve to be a gym challenger. The champion must be going senile to have endorsed you.

Victor: Whoever endorsed you must be regretting their decision.

Solosis hits back with endeavor.

Victor: Lola quick attack.

Solosis fainted.

???: I'm just giving your Pokemon a chance to shine.

Victor sends out Harry while ??? sends out gothita.

Victor:(If this guy's got more Pokemon that use magic attacks then I'll just think long term) Harry, Light screen.

???: If you think that will help then your then you really are weak. Gothita,Psybeam

A beam of energy hit Harry but the light screen nullified some of the beam.

Victor: Harry, Struggle bug.

Gothita fainted

???: Oh dear what have I been doing.
Oh well let's just get this over with.

??? Sent out a Hattena.

Victor sent out Cindy.

???: Hattena, Round

Cindy grabbed the Light screen and used it like a sheild defending herself from the Hattenas magic attacks.

Victor: Cindy, Ember

The ember was enough to defeat ???'s Hattena.

Victor: You were saying something about you being stronger than me because you were endorsed by the chairman?

???: I will admit you took me by surprise. But I will remember your strategies so that should we meet in official match I will defeat you there. Mark my words I, Bede will be the champion!

After Bede left, The group went to Route 4.

Vanilla: Pretty grass!

Harry: That "Pretty grass" is crops grown locally.

While Victor wasn't looking a Wooloo crashed into him at high speed.

???: Wooloo there you are!, Terribly sorry sir these Wooloo can be rather rowdy.

Victor: No it's alright.

???: Say weren't you the challenger that fell on his face at the opening ceremony?

Victor:(I guess I am just going to be remembered for that) Yes that's me.

???: Names Milo I'm the gym leader of Turrfield. Guess I'll be seeing you at the stadium.

Victor noticed a Eevee looking at the stadium.

Eevee: What could be inside that stadium I wonder?

Victor throws a PokeBall from behind and catches the Eevee.

Victor: (I'll name him later)

Victor was now in the town of Turrfield.

Hop: Hey Victor! Guess what I got the Grass badge!

Victor: When will my turn come?

Hop: Not for a while. I'm going to check out the town.

Suddenly Victor felt something tugging at his shirt. Turning around he sees Sonia's Yamper tugging at his shirt.

Following the Yamper, Victor finds Sonia staring at the geoglyph.

Victor: Hey Sonia why'd your Yamper drag me over here.

Sonia: That geoglyph looks like a gigantimax toxtricity right.

Victor: Yeah it does...

Sonia: Thing is my grandma was the one who made dynamax bands 30 years ago. Yet the geoglyph was carved 20,000 years ago.

Victor: That's interesting but I think it's my turn at Turrfield stadium.
