The sword and shield(Nuzlocke)

Darkest day.

Victor walked out on the pitch where Leon stood, eagerly awaiting for his next challenger.

Leon: I'm so happy to see that you're here Victor. You've come a long way from falling on your face way back during the start of the gym challenge.
But now It's time to see if you can overcome me, We're gonna have a champion time.

Suddenly the big screen flashed to Rose.

Rose: Hello Galar I have decided to start the darkest day to solve the energy crisis. But we've come upon a slight problem.

MC employee: WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE. (Suddenly silenced by a splat and a roar.

Rose: Well byeeee.

Leon:😲 HE ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THE PLAN NOW!?!

Victor: What plan!?

Leon: No time to explain. I have to stop this madness.

Leon rushed off while Hop rushed forward to Victor.

Hop: Victor, There's Dynamax pokemon appearing all over galar, It's terrifying.

Victor: Wasn't darkest day also the name of the thing that nearly destroyed galar a long time ago?

Hop: Yeah and the one who stopped it was the Sword and Shield pokemon.

Victor: We have to go back to the slumbering weald. They must be somewhere in there.

Victor and Hop Took a flying taxi straight back to Postwick and delved into the Weald.

Hop: Hey remember when we first came here?

Victor recollected the first time they entered the slumbering weald, searching for that Wooloo.

Victor: Yeah

Victor and Hop walked through the fog and, on an old bridge, saw the sword and shield Pokemon.

Hop: We finally found them.

Then duo disappeared into the fog.

Victor: You would've thought that those two would be less mysterieous.

Sonia: Victor, Hop, there you are!

Hop: Sonia, that darkest day thing is happening again.

Sonia: I know. I learned that the names of the two Pokemon were Zacian and Zazamenta.

The two entered the Grove in the center. On the ground a rusted sword and shield were on a plaque.

Victor: These are the items we need to beat the darkest day?

Hop: They may look like Rubbish but we still need them in order to help Lee.

The two rushed to hammerlocke with the two rusted weapons. The sky was filled with dread as the sounds of roaring echoed from the top of Hammerlocke stadium. On all sides the gym leaders of Galar Fought against berserk Dynamax pokemon.

Hop: What did The chairman do?

Oleana: He awoke Eternatus.

Victor: What's an Eternatus?

Oleana: Eternatus is the source of all Dynamax energy in Galar. The gyms were built on top of power spots where parts of Eternatus's original power lied. I know I have no right to ask this but please save the chairman. He's still in the power plant below Hammerlocke.

Victor: Got it.

Under hammerlocke stadium a lone Chairman Rose stared at the empty casket where Eternatus one rested.

Victor: Mr Rose how could you? Why would you start up the same event that nearly destroyed galar so long ago?!?

Rose: In thousand years an energy crisis will bring devastation to galar. But I will be the one to stop this by collecting the energy from Eternatus.

Victor: What about Eternatus, how do you plan to stop that?!?

Rose: Why Leon will beat Eternatus because He's the unbeatable champion

Victor: Mr Rose, with all due respect, your plan will fail because I did the same thing through my gym challenge. I assume that one person can fix all my problems but then that person dies and then the guilt tears me up inside. Also your friends will hate you for your stupid decisions.

A/N play the music.

Rose:....The difference between us is that my plan works.

Rose sent out Escavalier while Victor sent out Ion.

Ion used Electro ball and dealt damage. However the Escavalier used megahorn and pierced Ion, killing him.

Victor:😢(Hold your tears, Nows not the time for them.) Victor sent out Kubby. Kubby used wicked blow.

Rose sent out Ferrothorn.

It took kubby two wicked blows to defeat Ferrothorn, All while getting pricked.

Rose sent out Klinklang while Victor sent out Stelio. Stelio body slammed the klinklang and endured Assuring hits from klinklang. Stelio finished it with another body slam.

Rose sent out Perserker while Victor sent out Frosty. Frosty used a super powerful attack that nearly took out Perserker. Perserker countered by slamming his Iron head at Frosty. Kubby finished off Perserker.

Rose: I'll hit you with a move so strong that you'll be speechless!

Rose Gigantimaxes his Copperajah while Victor Dynamaxes Kubby.

Copperajah used Max quake. Kubby used max Knuckle and finished him off.

A/N stop music.

Rose: It felt really satisfying to battle again. But I'm pretty sure that Leon has finally defeated Eternatus.

Victor and walked up to the top of the stadium where they saw Leon facing a sleek, bony, dragon.

Victor: That's the source of Dynamax pokemon?

Leon: Don't worry I've weakened it so much that a Master ball will surely work.

Leon threw a Master ball...The ball broke and Eternatus rushed at Victor.

Victor engaged in combat with the beast using thanks Charles shadow balls.

Eternatus rose to the sky and transformed into its final form Eternimax Eternatus.

Hop attempted to help but none of his dubwools moves work.

Hop: Victor raise the sheild! I'll raise the sword.

Back in the slumbering weald Zacian and Zazamenta arose from their slumber and leapt across the country side straight over to hammerlocke in one jump.

The sword and shield Victor and Hop had gravitated to their respective owner as two severely harmed Eternatus.

Hop: VICTOR CATCH IT.

Wasting no time Victor Dynamaxed his Pokeball and threw it at Eternatus capturering it.

The two wolf pokemon jumped off into the now clear sky.
