The star of Team Yell

The mine was damp and under parts of the ground were Galarian stunfisk that(had it not been for Nathan) would have injured Victor.

Leafy: Hey Victor why'd you make me a leafeon?

Victor: I wanted a grass type. That's all.

Leafy: I would have wanted to be a Glaceon but okay.

Continuing through the cave the group see some team yell grunts stationed clearly trying to block the path.

Victor: Could you let me through?

Team yell grunt: Sorry kid but your a gym challenger so we can't let you through.

Hop: Hey Victor you need some help dealing with these two?

Victor: Yeah.

One thrashing later. (Devon became Dugtrio)

TY grunt: Oh you got to be kidding me. Let's go somewhere else.

Victor and Hop continued through the cave and saw two TY grunts looking stunned by a old man wearing a red uniform.

???: Thank you for the training Team yell. But you shouldn't have been bothering this carcoal while it was doing it's job.

TY grunt: C'mon mate we gotta scatter.

After the two grunts leave the old man says his goodbyes and leaves the mine. Victor and Hop watched the whole thing from the background.

Victor: Who was that.

Hop: That was the gym leader of motostoke, Kabu.

Victor: So that's the next one huh?

After leaving the mine the duo were now in the outskirts of motostoke.
Victor noticed a tree that didn't look like a tree.

Victor: Man I'm thirsty.

The tree started shaking when Victor said thirsty. Victor threw a PokeBall at the "tree" and caught a Sudowoodo.

Victor: Got you whispy!

Sudowoodo: Actually I don't have a na-

Victor put the PokeBall away for later use.

Victor was tired after all the things that happened today so he went to rest at the inn. When he got there he saw Marnie staring up at the statue.

Marnie: Hey you're the challenger who fell on their face.

Victor:😳 I-I-I didn't mean to.

Marnie: No pressure I didn't mean to offend you.

Victor: Oh okay

Marnie: Could you battle me real quick? I want to see if I'm ready for the next leg of the gym challenge.

Victor: Sure thing.

Marnie sent out her scraggy while Victor sent out Spritzee.

Victor's spritzee acted first and dealt some damage with fairy wind.

Scraggy fainted

Marnie sent out crogunk while Victor sent out Cindy.

After a bout of fighting Cindy came out on top

Crogunk fainted

Marnie: Looks like it's time to send out my ace!

Victor sent out Harry while Marnie sent out morpeeko.

Before Harry could use struggle bug Morpeeko used bite.

Harry fainted and shattered upon returning to his Pokeball.

Victor: (Why is this happening to me?)

Victor sent out Leafy who defeated the morpeeko.

Morpeeko fainted

Marnie: You won. Guess I got to look out for you.

Victor: I have a question do Pokeballs shatter after the pokemon faints?

Marnie: No they don't, You just beat me but are my PokeBalls broken? No

Victor: Okay see you later then. (Is this just happening to me?)
