The sword and shield(Nuzlocke)

The gym challenge.

After a week of traveling through the wild area Victor and his Pokemon were finally at there goal of motostoke.

Victor: Alright everyone behave while we're here understood

Cindy: But those buildings look good for jumping on🥺

Lola: Yeah I want to go back the wild area.

Victor: Lola I explained this to you I'm your trainer so you have to come with me.

Vanilla: This place smells like burning

Harry: That's because motostoke has the most factories in galar.

Sir pecks: My goodness is that motostoke stadium over there?

Victor: I mean it is the only stadium in motostoke. I was thinking of grabbing a bite to eat before going to the stadium.

The group finds a local eatery. They ate a hearty meal and now wanted to get dessert.

Victor: May we have chocolate chip cookies for dessert?

Waiter: Yessir I assume you want helping for your Pokemon?

Victor: Yep

The waiter returned with 5 baskets of cookies

Victor: Eat up everyone!

The moment Cindy ate one cookie she stiffened slightly twitching.

Victor: Cindy are you ok?!?

1 hour later.

Victor: And that should be enough to fix your resteraunt.

The group walks away from the burned building.

Victor: (Note to self Cindy gets super hyperactive after eating caffeinated foods). Welp we are broke now.

After a few minutes of walking they see Hop nervously standing in front of motostoke stadium.

Victor: Hey Hop

Hop:AHH oh it's just Victor. Don't scare me like that.

The two enter the stadium. The inside is packed with fans and other gym challengers.

At the front desk a boy with fluffy hair and a purple jacket gets done registering and while bumps into Hop without apologizing.

Hop: Jerk... Anyway here is our endorsement papers from the champion. Victor's endorsed too.

Guy at front desk: Alrighty then let me just put you in aaaaaand there you're officially gym challengers. The opening pitch is starting soon. So put on your uniforms in the changing room and head out to the pitch.

A few moments later.
Victor: (Ok Victor this it the moment you show your face to Galar and the world.)

Walking out on the pitch Victor is greeted with the crowd cheering on the gym challengers. But while greeting all fans he trips and falls on his face as the whole crowd laughs at him.

Random guy in the crowd: Hey look at his number, It's 69!

The crowd laughs harder than ever now at the embarrassed Victor.

After the opening ceremony.

Hop: Hey Victor you ok...?

Victor: Yeah let's go to our hotel.

When they arrive at the hotel they see Sonia looking at the statue.

Victor: Hey Sonia.

Sonia: Hey Victor and Hop I was just studying this statue. It was made in honor of the hero who saved the galar region from the darkest day.
