Cindys gone and I don't know what to do. I lost the first Pokemon I ever had and now all my other pokemon hate me now because of my decision. I'm so scared because what if everyone else dies too?

The night was cold and all of Victor's pokemon were asleep. Victor stared at the starry sky, hoping for something that was real to be a dream. While staring he noticed a strange hole open and light flowing from it.

Victor walked closer to the hole out came two PokeBalls that had the words "For Victor".

Opening them, A  Brionne and Cosmog came out.

Victor: Where did you two come from?

He noticed another message on the PokeBalls.

"The Brionne's name is Hau and The Cosmog's name is Lillie."

Victor: I'll introduce you two tomorrow.

The next morning.

Victor: Alright let me introduce you to two new members of our team. Brionne and Cosmog

But none of the pokemon were even looking at Victor.

Victor:.... I'm sorry okay? I didn't know what would happen.

Vanilla: We used to play catch 🥺.

Whispy: I haven't really been with you guys for that long but I have to ask. Are you going to lose them too?

Victor: Don't worry I've learned my lesson to not make half-baked plans.

Lola: You better have, or else.

Victor: You guys wouldn't hurt me right?

With all the looks he's been getting he realized that given the chance, they would've offed him.

Traveling through the wild area took alot of days. Victor caught a Bounsweet who he named Sacurina.

After a long time the group finally reached Hammerlocke. The city had the feel of a Medival castle. Upon arriving there Victor noticed Bede talking to Chairman Rose and Oleana.

Rose: Excellent work getting the gym badges and wishing stars Bede.

Bede: Why thank you Mr. Chairman. This will be sure to help you with your problem.

Oleana: Bede I must speak with you for a moment.

Victor decided to see the sights around Hammerlocke. While exploring he met up with Leon.

Leon: Hop wasn't his usual cheery self today. When I asked him what was wrong he said "I'm sorry Lee!" Do you know what happened to him?

Victor: When I last saw him that Bede person challenged him to a battle.

Leon: He probably lost but hopefully he can get back to his happy self. I noticed your not that cheery either is everything alright with you?

Victor remembered Cindy.

Victor:....... Yeah I'm fine.

Leon: Well if you say so...

Victor found himself at the Vault of Hammerlocke. Outside, taking a selfie, was 8th gym leader of Galar Raihan.

Victor: Excuse me may I see the vault?

Raihan: Sure thi- Hold on aren't you the challenger who fell on his face and was endorsed by Leon.

Victor: Yes

Raihan: Well even though you embarrassed yourself at the assembly if you were picked by Leon then you must be someone with incredible talent.

Victor entered the vault and saw Sonia staring up at the tapestry on the wall.

Victor: Hey Sonia.

Sonia: Hey Victor you notice something off about the tapestry?

Victor: Why are there two heroes? I thought there were only one?

Sonia: This will take some time for me to figure out.

After leaving the vault Victor saw a woman who wanted to trade a toxel for a Togepi. Victor got Togepi!

West of Hammerlocke was the arid route 6. While on the bridge Victor saw two team yell grunts both gaurding and watching a silicobra sleep.

Team yell grunt: Aww look at that little silicobra.

Passerby: Could you let me pass?

Team yell grunt: Of course.

Victor: May I pass?

Team yell grunt: No

Victor: (You've got to be kidding).

Two thrashings later

Team yell grunts: This won't be the last you hear of team yell!

The grunts ran away. Hop was also there as well.

Victor: Hey Hop.

Hop: Huh? Oh hey Victor...

Victor: You look sad. Did something happen.

Hop: After I lost to him, Bede said that I was just as weak as my brother.

Victor: I don't think talent runs in family's.

Hop: I don't want people to think that Lee's weak because of me. That's why I need to get to better.

Hop leaves.

Victor:( Just seems like everyone is down in the dumps.)

???: I suppose that can happen to someone who's in pain.

Victor: AH who are you?!?

Opal: I am Opal, the gym leader of Ballonlea. And you must Victor, the one who fell on their face at the start of the gym challenge.

Victor: Umm yeah that's me...

Opal: I'm rather curious to see how well you are in battle so you should do your hardest in Stow-on-side.

Victor wandered on through the arid desert of route 6.

Beauty: Excuse me, boy.

Victor: Yes?

Beauty: Would you care for a battle?

Victor: Sure!

The beauty sent out Clefairy while Victor sent out Devon.

Devon bulldozed the Clefairy but one more hit would take it out.

Clefairy wagged a finger.

Victor: (Wait why is it wagging it's fing-)

Clefairy used Prismatic laser.

Devon fainted.

Victor:😨.

Though Nathan defeated the Clefairy, The damage was already done and Devon was dead.

Nathan: I thought you said that you would not make any more half-baked plans anymore.

Victor: How was I supposed to know Metronome would do that?!?

Nathan:.... You're right I should not have sna-

A sudden bolt of thunder struck Nathan.

Nathan fainted.

Victor: WHO MADE THAT LIGHTNING BOLT!?!

???: Sorry I couldn't control my thunder.

A helioptile crawled to Victor.

???: I was releasing some excess electricity when I accidentally shocked your fri-.

Victor caught the helioptile.

Victor: Your name will be Ion.
