The next day we all arrived at Scoops to devise a plan. Dustin came back from the roof and explained what he saw.

"That keycard opens the door, but unfortunately, the Russian with this keycard
also has a massive gun. Whatever's in this room, whatever's in those boxes, they really don't want anybody finding it." Dustin explained. "But there's gotta be a way in." I said.

"Well, you know...I could just take him out." Steve said as he spun his hat on his finger. "Take who out?" Robin asked. "The Russian guard." Steve said. We took a moment to look at him in disbelief. "What? I sneak up behind him, I knock him out, and I take his keycard. It's easy." Steve said it like it was nothing. "Did you not hear the part about the massive gun?" Dustin's scoffed.

"Yes, Dustin, I did. And that's why I would be sneaking." Steve explained. "Well, please, tell me this, and be honest, have you ever actually... won a fight?" Dustin asked.

Steve looked at him. "Okay, that was one time-" Steve tried to defend himself. "Twice.  Y/n. Year prior?" Dustin reminded him of our fight. "Listen, that doesn't count." Steve said. "Why wouldn't it? Because it looks like she beat the shit out of you." Dustin said as he pointed to me.

Robin looked at me in disbelief. I smiled awkwardly in response. "It was-" "You got a fat lip, crooked nose, swollen eye, a lot of blood...things that all added up-" Dustin ranted. "You. Y/n beat up Steve?." Robin butted in. "Yes." I responded. "Why? When?" Robin asked curious. "Not important." Steve said. "Well." I tilted my head. "Did he deserve it? "Robin asked with a smirk. "Oh, yeah." I said.

"Can we get back to the plan?" Dustin pleaded. I sighed, and ran a hand down my face. "Look, I think we all agree that Steve doesn't stand a chance fighting that guard, but I could." I said, hesitantly. "What makes you think you have a better chance than Steve?" Robin asked as she crossed her arms. "I thought you said you couldn't do this again." Dustin said, ignoring Robin. "Yes, and as much as I hate that I'm agreeing to this, we've gotten this far. I know I can do it." I said. "And what if they see your face?" Steve said. "I would be sneaking." I quoted him. "I'll wear a mask! It doesn't matter." I said. "You promised no more fights." Dustin said.

" I know but the point is it would be quicker if do it." I said. "And why would that be?" Robin asked. I looked at her. Her head was right in front of an air vent. "Um, you know what? I've got a better idea. One that will keep me out of a fight."  I said as I got up and ran to the front. "Y/n!" Dustin yelled. "Y/n? Where are you going?" Steve asked. I stuck my hand into the tip jar and pulled out a hand full of money.

"Hey! A third of that is mine!" Steve yelled. "Where are you going?" Robin asked. "You're coming with me. We're going to find a way in that room." I said as I grabbed her hand. "You boys stay put, relax, sling some ice cream! We'll be right back!" I said as Robin and I ran off.

"Okay, where are we going?" Robin asked as we walked to my car. "County Recorder's Office." I said, taking out my keys. "We're getting blueprints."

When we got there I felt people staring at us, maybe it was the uniforms but something felt off.

"Hi." I said to the lady at the front. "Hello." She responded. "Could I get the blueprints for Starcourt Mall?" I asked, leaning on the table with a smile on my face. "It'll cost ya." She said. "20 dollars." I took out the money and placed it on the counter, luckily it was just enough. The lady smiled and went to get the blueprints. "Wow, 20 buck?" Robin said. "Crazy right?" I responded. I felt an uneasiness in my surroundings. Robin's voice became distant as she rambled.

There was a figure behind her that interested me more. When it came into focus I had to use everything in me not to scream. Bob dressed in hospital scrubs covered in blood stood by a shelf, smiling. The more I looked at him the creepier it got. I felt my breath quicken when blood started dripping from his chest as he whispered. "You, left me."
