"Miss," the Hall manager called making her stop, he ran up to her, and she turned to him, removing her sunglasses to see clearly, "good morning sir, is there something you want?" she asked folding her glasses.

"I was informed by management of your arrival back to school," she frowned, why would the school be discussing her, apart from her scholarship here, she had no business with them.

"Is there a problem?" she asked kind of nervous, "not at all ma'am, your room has just been upgraded," he said with a smile.

"Upgraded, how?" she frowned at the girls who standing and taking pictures of her, "can we talk some else? I do not comfortable here," he nodded and Dara followed him, "I thought of taking you to your new room, your stuff has been moved in and arranged," he explained taking another hallway different from the one they used.

"Just press your thumb on this, it is a biometric that you will use from now on," he explained and she did as she was told.

"Why am I being upgraded? I am not paying school fees," he turned to look at her as if she had grown two heads, "maybe you were not informed but your grandfather was one of the few people who believed in the school founder's dream, he added whatever money he could to build the school and did not take credit, did you not know about Oladele Afolarin Emmanuel, a statue was enacted for him,"

She frowned, she was too young to remember her grandfather's death and she did not remember eight years of her life so there was no way she could know anything, "hum... I was recently involved in an accident and I suffered from memory loss," the hall manager opened his mouth in realisation.

"Oh, I understand now, well the school's vice chancellor would have upgraded you a long time ago if you had disclosed your identity but we heard you were kidnapped which is very unfortunate," the man shook his head as they entered an elevator, Dara frowned, she did not even realise an elevator existed in the building.

"So now that you are back home, we will be glad that an Oladele is here with us and the fact that you are a first-class student makes the vice chancellor happier," he grinned. The vice chancellor and the hall manager must be close for her to disclose all this information.

Her mouth opened as they finally got to the floor of the hostel, she had never been to, there were around three doors to her right and three doors to her left, "only six people leave on C-floor," he stated looking at her curiosity, "well five before you, it is exclusive to the Vice chancellor's favourite students and you are on the top list at the moment."

He led her to her left where the pink doors lay, he opened the door in the middle and asked her to press her finger on it, the door beeped twice, this place looked like those spy movies with the best gadgets and the best luxury money could afford.

She entered the room that was twice the size of her former room, her mouth opened, a living room, a small kitchen, and a chandelier in the centre of the room, it was all in there! This was an apartment not a room for a school hostel.

"Your things are already arranged, and your books are on your reading table, you can arrange that however you like," he explained and pulled out three key cards, "this is the personalised key card, sometimes the biometrics may not work, this will be your way to unlock the room and some people give a key to their friends or something in, and the last will be kept with me," he minded off-putting two key cards in her hand and one into bus rumpled shirt pocket.

"I will allow you to settle in, enjoy." he grinned and walked away.

Dara turned away from the door mesmerized, wow so rooms like this exist? She thought she had the luxury, but her phone rang bringing her out of her thoughts, "where are you? I thought you arrived at school an hour ago. I have been to your room and your stuff is not there anymore," Dara sighed taking a seat on a chair not far from the bed.
