Kelly POV

we have been in Ohio for just over a week now and we are so close to closing the case I'm so excited to get back home, Ive missed Stella and Toby so much.

We have just finished in the court house delivering our final reports on the case. awaiting the results. Seager comes out of the room with a grin on her face, We won, they pleaded guilty, there was no way they wasnt going to anyway with the evidence we provided. 

I breathed a sigh of relief as I raised my arms in relief that its over and we can finally go home. as My arms are raised I feel Seager hug me, it seemed to have triggered something in me as I immediately pulled back and pushed her off me 

she looked at me confused "Its just a hug Kelly" I look at her face as a vision comes into my mind of her on top of me and I feel like I cant move. more visions come into my mind as It all becomes clear to me, this was a memory. 

"you drugged me..."I say quietly as it all comes flooding back and she looks at me confused

"You drugged my drink, you assaulted me" I say a little louder as she starts to get nervous and pushes me away from everyone

"Get off me, Don't touch me" I say hitting her arms away from me "you drugged me to get me to have sex with you without my consent, you raped me" I almost scream at her as she covers my mouth 

"and who's going to believe that, the womaniser that is Kelly severide raped, by a small innocent woman like me, how can I possibly take down a big strong man like you, you've not exactly got the best track record Kelly, you have no proof, where as I on the other hand can easily turn this on you, you bought the dinner, we went up to the same room, you looked drunk and you expected me to have sex with you to say thank you for buying me dinner, I refused, and you over powered me, and forced yourself onto me, all the evidence works in my favour." 

she moves her hand away from me as I realise shes right, this wont look good on me "and if you do have super sperm, in about a week or so we will see if you left anything behind" she says with a wink before walking off and I immediately panic hoping her attempt at whatever she was trying to do failed. 

if I did get her pregnant and she reports it, it surely wont take everyone long to work out the dates. someone needs to know my side of the story, the true side. 

my eyes start to get teary as I know no one will believe me, except Stella, I need to tell her, she will believe me. she knows how much I love her and knows I wouldn't do that 

I take my phone out of my pocket and Facetime Stella instead of normal call I move into a more private area as she answers

"hey baby...Toby look heres daddy" I hear stella shout as I hear Tobys voice in the background get louder as his head appears in the corner "daddaaaa" I smile as I wave at him then look at stella 

"honey I need to talk to you, can you move away from Toby a second" I ask her nervously

"yeah sure let me put him in his chair so he doesnt hurt himself" I heard her put the phone on the table and move away for a bit before she picks the phone back up as I notice her walking towards the kitchen area

"whats up" I hear her say as myeyes fill with tears once more and she notices 

"kelly, whats wrong, why are you crying, whats happened" she says concerned

"Stella I dont know how to say this, but you have to promise to hear me out" I say as she looks at me worriedly 

"what have you done" she says sternly as she stands up straight
