The Make up (50)

Stellas POV

I had just put down the twins down after their 2nd night feed, I looked over at the empty side of my bed, it was only the 2nd night without him and I already missed cuddling up to him, I sat up and wrapped my arms around myself.

"what am I doing" I said to myself wondering why I let us get here,  I looked at the time, it was 3am, I cant go any longer without him. I got dressed, knocked on to Bretts room waking her up

"Brett I cant go any longer, you were right we are silly for this, I need to see him now, I need to put this right, we never needed this space I was being ridiculous, can you mind the kids" I ask as she just nods as she rubs her eyes 

"go girl...what you still waiting for" she says as she smiles at me and I leave Bretts room as I run out to my car and immediately start driving to mine and kellys house, I take advantage of the empty roads and break a few speed limits. once I arrive at the house I run upto our porch and search for my keys, realising I left them at Bretts I knock on the door hoping to wake him up if hes asleep, he answers the door seconds later, a beer in his hand telling me he hasnt been to sleep yet. 

"Stella...it's 3am, what are you..." Kelly says as I cut him off by planting my lips on his, as I wrap my arm round his neck and place it on the back of his head, I feel him kiss me back as the kiss becomes more passionate I fell his hands wrap around my waist as I push us both inside, our lips not parting as he steps backwards. 

He places the beer on the table as I close the door behind us and I take my jacket of and let it drop on the floor, we turn around meaning I am now walking backwards, until I feel my back hit the wall, Kelly presses his body against mine as he holds my waist I pull at his top as he takes the hint and lifts it over his head as I stroke his torso. 

he starts to unbutton my shirt, letting it slide off my shoulders as I pull my arms out the sleeve as I wrap my arms around Kelly his lips pushing back against mine as I throw my shirt behind him. his hands travel down my waist as he wraps his arms round both my legs and lifts me up, wrapping my legs around him as I bury my head into his neck. 

he walks over to our sofa as he lies us both down my lips returning to his as I shuffle my body down a little to get comfy. 

I feel kelly lift his head up and look down at me "can we even do this, It's only been 2 and a bit weeks since you've had the babies..." I shrug because I really don't care, just wanting to feel him, I pull his face back to mine and kiss him again, he continues to kiss me back as my hands find their way to his belt as I pull it off. Unzipping his trousers as I do so

all the built up tension from the past 2 days releasing as our bodies intertwined with one another. Our bodies soon became sweaty and our breaths got heavy, Kelly's Body still trapping me beneath him, nothing in the world seemed to matter as we both looked into one another's eyes.

"I should have never let you go...I'm never gonna let you go, away from me again" Kelly said in a low raspy voice still struggling to catch his breath as I kept looking at him before cupping his face in my hands

"I am the one, who's never gonna let YOU, get away again" I say looking at him dead in the eye as we both stare at each other, emotions getting the best of us both as we try to hold back our tears. I feel kelly softly place his lips on mine as I wrap my arms round his neck, he then rests his head on my shoulder as we both hold onto each other tightly. 

neither of us letting go of one another as we fall asleep in each others arms.

The morning sun shines brightly into our living room, awaking me up, I feel kelly's naked body against me as we are both wrapped in a blanket, I turn my body to face kelly as I watch him sleep. 

my phone starts to ring, which wakes Kelly up as I lean over to my jeans and pull my phone out Its brett

"Hello, everything okay" I ask 

"Oh hey, yeah everythings cool, I'm just phoning to let you know Casey came round this morning and he was wondering if we could take the kids out for the day, he was thinking the zoo maybe" bretts asks 

"Yeah that will be fine, me and kelly will meet you's there" I tell her as I look at kelly, who is now sat up with the blanket covering his bottom half

"great, we will see you's there" she says ending the call as I place my phone down 

"so who are we meeting, where and when" kelly asks as he refers to what I said on the phone

"Brett and casey was wondering if we wanted to go to the zoo.  I told them we will meet them there, is that okay" I tell him 

"Yeah of course...and after?" he asks almost sadly

"then after we will come home...as a family"I say as he smiles before standing up and kissing me, and wrapping the blanket around us both

"we better get dressed then" he says as he picks me up and carries me upstairs to our room

an hour later we are both dressed and have met up with Brett, Casey and our kids at the zoo entrance.

Casey and matt pushing both strollers as we head in Brett links her arm with me "So...spill...how did it go, did you make up, and both come to your senses that i am in fact always right" Brett says jokingly as I nudge her with my hip as we follow the men in front.

"Id say it went well, we didn't do much speaking thou" I tell her as she smiles but then it drops as she looks at me as she realises what I meant

"wait, you slept with him...already, Stella, your body might not be healed fully yet, you risked getting an infection or tearing" she says a bit worried as I shrug

"and I know who to come to if I have an issue" I say looking at her and bopping her nose "you, my little medic friend" she shakes her head and laughs at me.
