Ike huffed, "I don't care what the fuck we'll do, but I will get (Y/n) back."

Mysta looked at him with awe, and started bawling. He never realized how much I was to him, until I was gone.

"We'll be right behind you, Ike. Let's go get the Luxiem group back together!" Luca cheered. Although Mysta didn't exactly want to work with Vox at the moment, getting me back was way more important, so he also cheered.

'How the fuck do I get out of this place?' I thought to myself, walking around the small room. There wasn't anywhere I could sneak out of other than the door, and the bars on the windows were way too solid to break though.

A rattle sound came from the door. "You hungry yet, (Y/n)?" My mother asked, as the door slowly creeked open with a squeaking sound.

"I don't want to hear my name ever come out your mouth again. And no, I'm not hungry. Even if I was, I wouldn't eat your disgusting food." I replied. The frown that I had before, never left my face.

She gasped, "How could you speak to me like that!? I thought I raised you better than this."

"How did you raise me exactly? Abusing me? Hah, thats funny." I scowl. The last thing I want, is to have a relationship with this woman. I don't care if we were blood-related or not, I hate her with every fiber of my being.

"Suit yourself. If you starve yourself to death, its not my fault." My mom slammed the door, leaving me alone once more.

I climbed onto the bed, and sat there. Time felt like it was frozen, and unmeltable. I didn't realize when small droplets of water started dripping down my cheeks, and onto the white sheets below me.

I missed them. I missed them all. Not just Luxiem, I missed everybody in NIJISANJI EN. How was it all gone in a span of a week? It seemed like it was just yesterday when we were all laughing together playing Mario Cart, or maybe even some prop hunt.

Even though Mysta was a pain in my asshole, I missed him. He was the person who helped me up when I was down. Everyone in Luxiem was like a family I never had. Don't even get me started on how much I missed Ike. If I had a ocean of words, I would run out on how much I love and miss him.

Only god knows if they're still alive out there, in this cruel world my mother had created. I don't even know if anyone else in NIJISANJI EN died other than Millie, but I really hope not. What does my mother want to achieve creating mindlesses, even after finding me?

I punched the wall beside me, causing my knuckle to start bleeding. I stared at my hands, speechless and my mind in a daze. Was I gonna live my life in here forever? Was I never going to see my friends again? Was I never going to see Ike again?

"Okay, let's stick together. This forest seems a lot bigger than what it looks like." Ike stated, as they walked. The group of 5 was engulfed in a awkward silence, neither of them saying a word. The only times they'll talk was to figure out which way they were going.

Suprisingly, little to no mindlesses were seen. Maybe once in a while, but none of them were in hordes. Just a single mindless wandering about, doing god knows what.

"Do we even know where we're going? We've been walking for hours, without any lead!" Vox commented, earning a glare from the detective next to him.

"I'm sure we'll find something soon-" Ike paused, "I think we found something."

Everybody's gaze fell onto a large building, almost shaped like a palace. The walls were made out of brick, and outside was a rather large fence surrounding the place. The question "How do we get in?" circled around everyone's heads.

"Look out!" Vox pushed Mysta out the way, and shot a mindless that was charging directly at him. Mysta looked at Vox, then at the dead body at the floor with a shocked expression.

"Okay, just because we didn't see many mindlesses on our way here, doesn't mean we should let our guard down. Be careful." Shu commented, "But for now, I think we should try to find a way inside. Maybe (Y/n) was brought here?"

"Let's split up for this then. If we don't find anything, we meet back here." Ike stated, as he started walking.

Shu tilted his head, "You're going alone?"

"I'll be fine. This is for (Y/n)'s sake, not mine." Ike responded. The novelist circled around the palace fences, trying to look for any hole he could possibly crawl through.

Lucky enough, there was one. Ike wasted absolutely no time, as he made his way through. "Fuck." He cursed, as small droplet's of blood dripped down his arm. The sharp edges of the fence cut his arms, and any skin showing.

"Where do I go from here..?"

"This is no fucking use!" I shouted, after hours of banging on the bar window. Big patches of blisters were seen on my hands, but it doesn't matter now.

I fell back after one more finally hit, onto the floor. I'm sure my mother had heard me screaming and banging on the window outside the door, but I didn't give a fuck if she heard or not. Why did she bring me back anyway? To torture me?

"Psst!" I heard a sound coming from the window. I look up, seeing a silhouette of something, or rather someone. I screeched, thinking it was a mindless that somehow managed to climb up the walls.

"No no no! Please don't scream! It's me, Ike! Me and the Luxiem members are here to save you!"

Although it has only been a day or two since I have captured here, I have never been so glad to see somebody in my entire life. "Ike! Thank goodness you're here!"

"Don't worry, we'll find a way to get you out of here." Ike pulled at the metal bars seperating me and him, "God damnit, this thing would budge."

"It won't move, I've tried for hours. The only way is to open the door, but my mother has the key to it." I explain, holding back tears.

"I thought you left your mother back in the past? How the hell is she here, in the future?" Ike gave me a puzzled look.

"I don't even know, but she was the start of the mindlesses. I think it was to find me, but I don't know why she wanted to." I sigh, just as confused as Ike.

"I'll let the Luxiem members know back outside, and we'll break you out! I promise." Ike smiled, as he slowly started climbing back down.

"Don't ever let somebody tell you what to do in life, do what your mind tells you to do!"
