"Daddy, how you been?" Kaari asked me. We were in a place I couldn't describe. I was just happy to have my baby next to me. It felt like forever since I'd seen her.

"I've been good baby. How are you?"

"I'm ok, I miss you daddy." She pouted. I scooped her into my arms, kissing her.

"I miss you more babygirl."

"You're going to wake up soon? Uncle Dtap keep crying." She asked me.

"I don't know Kaari. I'm really tired." I said to her.  The look on her face devastated me. I don't know what was going on but I knew I had to get back to the ones I love the most.

"Okay daddy! I'll see you later!" With that she walked off leaving me surrounded by darkness.

"You need to wake your aggy ass up, Temetrius," I said as I held Ja's hand. I looked up at the clock; it was 8 pm, and visiting hours were over. I had been sitting in that same spot since 12:30. My flight touched down at 11, and after I got situated at the hotel, I Headed Right over to the hospital. I was finally able to convince Tee and Jamie to go get some rest now that I was here.

"I ain't got nobody to talk to Ja; I can't talk to Tap or Maiyani; they're crazy." I chuckled.

"I heard that," Tap said with a laugh. I looked up at him.

"You know it's all love." He nodded, and I turned my attention back to Ja. I laid my head down on his leg and started humming our song. Wale, the matrimony. I felt someone rubbing my back. In a circular motion, it was Dtap. I looked up at him and put my head back down.

"Cut all of that crying out sis. you know Twin wouldn't want that."

"I can't help it! Look At Him! Why god tryna take him?" I felt his stare at me and then shift his eyes to Ja. He closed his eyes for a moment before opening them and speaking again.

"Man 12 ain't going nowhere, but you need to get back to your hotel you're tired." He spoke in a low tone, putting his hand on my shoulder. I shook my head.

"Imma stay; you can go back to me and Yani's hotel if you like." I knew that He hadn't been back to their hotel and that they were supposed to check out. So offering our room wasn't a big deal.

"That's cool,." I looked over; he was setting the chair up for me to sleep in. He pushed it as close to AmJa as it could get. I thought that was sweet.

"Goodnight Izzy, call me if anything changes. " I nodded, and they left. It was just me and Ja beside The security guard the NBA assigned him being outside the door. I was tired but didn't really want to sleep. I laid in the chair, staring at him, listening to the monitors and the shallow breathing coming from his machine.

"I love you so much Temetrius," I said to him and grabbed his hand. His hand was clammy, and he started to twitch, which caused his monitor to start going off. I didn't have time to react before the room was flooded with doctors.

"Ma'am, you have to exit." One of the doctors grabbed me and started pushing me towards the door.

"No!" I fought with him pushing him off, trying to make my way back to him. I wasn't leaving that room at all. Fuck that. I can't leave him.

"He's coding! We need her out of here!" One of the doctors yelled at the person who was grabbing me. I watched Ja body seize before going completely limp just as they finally got me out of the room.

"Ms. Moore, you're going to have to calm down!" The security guard grabbed me. He was holding me tight and I felt my anxiety peaking. I was having a fucking fit.
