I woke up with a slight headache, the memories of the night came flooding my brain and I smirked. The remnants of the night were all over my chest. Islan was tearing me up. The deeper i went the more she scratched. After Maiyani took her ass to bed. I took Izzy upstairs and Laid her down for round 2, and 3 and 4. She'd snuck outta my room sometime this morning.
I got up showered and got dressed. Just as I was putting my locs in to a ponytail Nova walked in with Titan on her hip and her phone in the other hand. I was amazed at the 15 year old before me. She was no longer the shy broken kid I adopted. She was literally my J.r these days. She walked like me, talked like me and even played ball like me.
"Pops! you saw this?" She asked passing me her phone.

Theshaderoom #TsrBaewatch Are Ja morant and Izzy back on? The former couple was caught Boo'd up in Liv this weekend. Ja even showered his baby momma in roses for completing her first sold out tour. The pair share 2 children a 9 month old and 15 year old.
I ran my hand down my face knowing this shit was finna blow up. I didn't even bother to read the comments.
"That's crazy forreal." A voice came from her phone and I chuckled.
"What's crazy Kiyan?"
"None! I'm just tryna get like you My boy!"
"Kiyan Carmelo Anthony, Play with something so much Safer than Nova Morant!" She yelled. I couldn't help but laugh. These two love birds were forever into it. She met Kiyan at a game in New York and they hit it off, They've been stuck like glue ever since. Reminded me a lot of Me and Izzy's early days. No sooner than I went to pass Nova her phone mine started to ring. It was Aaleeyah. I ignored it, not wanting to deal with that shit right now. Titan reached for me and I took him from Nova and she walked out the room.
"Son, your pops done got himself into some shit," I shook my head. I couldn't deny what I felt for Izzy. I know I was drunk but that shit was raw emotion. I was very much so still deep in love with Islan. I just knew I fucked up when I didn't swallow my pride and tell her I still wanted to be with her.
I headed downstairs to find something to eat and tend to my kids. Kaari was in the living room of the airbnb watching tv with a bowl of cereal, Nova was next to her on the couch. I followed the smell of food to the kitchen and found Niya, Tap, Maiyani, Toosii, Kk and bones sitting at the island.
"Yall in here eating and my baby in there eating cereal." I complained. "And where the hell is my food?"
"Kaari wanted cereal. I'm not going to force her to eat nothing." Kk said as she walked over and took Titan out of my hands. I grabbed the plate that was still hot out of the microwave and sat at the island. I started to eat but could feel everybody's eyes on me.
"Man what the fuck Yall staring at?"
"You know what we staring at," Niya laughed, I shook my head.
"Aaleeyah called me."
"Me too," Maiyani chimed in. Me and Maiyani locked eyes and I shook my head.
"You know we could hear yall last night?" Niya chimed in before pretending to puke.
"Man Listen," I ran my hand down my face.
"Listen, None of us are surprised. You two are made for each other. Now yall can get yall shit together and be a family again." Kk said. I nodded, agreeing completely.
"I gotta talk to Aaleeyah though. I don't wanna hurt shorty but the heart want what it wants. We never even gave Nova and Titan the real chance to have their parents be together. I fucked up and created one broken home. I don't wanna run that back."
"Well my boy, go handle yours." Toosii told me. I finished my food in silence and headed upstairs. I dialed Aaleeyahs number and waited for her to answer. She picked up on the third ring.
"Hello," I could tell she was trying to contain her anger.
"Leeyah." I spoke softly. She was silent.
"I'm sorry man. I know to see that is embarrassing as hell. Especially since we just went public's not too long ago."
"Embarrassed isn't the word Ja. Imagine having so much trust in your man even though everyone kept telling you he's still in love with his baby mama, only for him to prove you right." I could hear the hurt clear as day. I felt horrible when I heard her sniffle.
"I know and Like Im said I'm truly sorry about that, but I don't wanna lie to you either. Islan and I had sex last night. I realized.. well been realized that I'm still in love with her. I don't want to string you along any further."
"It's crazy I'm not even mad, hurt yes but not mad. I've known all along how you felt about her. Like I said people been telling me. I could also see it from the very moment you introduced me to every one. I had convinced myself that I could make you fall in love with me and those feelings for her would be gone, but you can't make a person forget feelings that strong." I heard her sniffle once again.
"Leeyah, is there anything I can do to fix this? I know we may not be together but I don't want there to be any bad blood between us."
"I'm going to give you time to fix this, just not with me. Ja I want to see you happy, you deserve it. I want you to fix things with her show her what it's like to really be loved by you whole heartedly. Do me a favor though?" Her voice cracked causing me to sigh.
"Wassup?"
"Don't let her go as easily as you did before okay?"
"Okay." I sighed, finally giving in. She had spoken nothing but the truth. My heart wanted who it wanted and sadly that wasn't Aaleeyah.
"I'm sorry again, Leeyah."
"Don't be. I'll always be here for you ja and if you ever want a third party in the bedroom give me a ring." She chuckled before handing up the phone.
"Got to make this shit right boy." I whispered to myself. I knew Izzy probably felt like I was on bullshit, but I knew I wanted to fix shit and get it right this time.
