The brunette laid quietly on his bed, he hasn't been outside for a little over two weeks, he was losing himself again. With a deep sigh - the 16th that hour - he rolled himself out of bed, slumping his way into the kitchen. What was he supposed to have for lunch? There wasn't anything left in his small home.

Grumpily he went back into his room, looking around in order to find his phone. He spotted it lying in the corner near his window and walked over to it, bending down to get in and standing back up again.

The 00 liner pushed the curtain aside - looking at the buildings covered in a warm hue - it was sunny.

Just a couple weeks ago snow painted the world in a thick layer of white, did he really miss out on that much? Seungmin made his way back to his bed, reminding himself that he needed to get up later again and turned on his phone. 5%, he needed to be quick.

He unlocked the old iPhone with his fingerprint, quickly opening messages and sending a text to the boy he trusted with his life. "Can you come over?" He simply asked, no explanation whatsoever.

A few seconds he had already gotten a reply, "omw" with a cute heart at the end. Oh how weak he was for those, especially from the older.

The doorbell rang, making Seungmin open his eyes and groan in annoyance. He knew it was the older boy at the door, and he was somewhat excited to see him, but standing up? No thank you, it was way too exhausting.

He wanted to keep lying in bed and slowly drift of into sleep, then proceed to not ever wake up again. Unfortunately he couldn't do that.

He hit himself on the head, trying to make his brain function like a normal human being before rolling out of bed again. Seungmin sat next to it for a minute, his back resting against the frame before pushing himself up with a grunt.

Carefully - as to not lose his his balance - he walked down the stairs and to the door, opening it for the blonde. "Hi." He said quietly, getting a cheerful hello back. The older let himself inside and pulled Seungmin by the hand, walking into the kitchen.

"I wanted to try something, what do you think about sushi?" "Sure Jinnie.. I just want food." He whispered out, extremely grateful for the older to make him food yet too tired to actually voice out his excitement. "Great."

With that Hyunjin took off the tote bag that was still on his shoulder and laid all the ingredients - he had thrown together before leaving - on the counter.

Seungmin's kitchen was surprisingly clean, his living situation wasn't that bad all in all, only his bath- and bedroom that were covered in clothes and what not - them being the rooms he spends most his time in.

The younger watched as Hyunjin washed the rice and started lying down the seaweed as well as cutting stripes of salmon and avocado.

As he admired the older he slowly started inching closer, finally engaging him in a back hug as he continued cooking. The two enjoyed the silence, the sound of Hyunjin's phone ringing not going unnoticed as he took the rice out of the air fryer the younger never actually used.

Seungmin drowned out any noises, fully focusing on the warmth of the olders body and melting into the touch. He felt safe, with him.

The clock stroke three when both boys sat down at the dinner table, facing each other.

"Cute." The brunette said under his breath, admiring the heart shaped sushi neatly placed on a tray in the middle of the table. "I tried my best." Hyunjin took one of the pieces and tasted it, smiling at the younger that eyed him shortly, before also trying the sushi that the older made with all his love.

They munched on their food, not exchanging a word, with content smiles on their faces. The two were savouring this moment, nothing but peace and quiet.

lit nothing happened, but I kinda like it
