Jisung drowned out all the thoughts inside his head and turned up the volume of the music—blasting it through his headphones right into his blood. He felt every beat with his whole body as he walked along the busy streets of Seoul.
The brunette remembered some of the upcoming exams, that he had yet to study for, and sighed. All he wanted was for his head to calm down, so he turned a corner and headed straight to his favourite place on earth (maybe second, but we don't talk about that.)
The park was quiet—and air freezing—yet the high schooler still sat down on one of the benches, his view falling directly onto the beautiful water fountain surrounded by flowers—no people around.
Jisung watched everything and anything, the leaves that were playing catch with the wind as they were running around, the cat a good few feet away from the water that was cleaning itself and the other high schooler- Seungmin?
The park was everything the brunette could dream of, the fresh scent of flowers that lingered in the air, the sound of birds flying high up in the sky and the fountain creating the mesmerising view—but let's not forget the younger boy that had made his way over to the flowers. Jisung loved him, too.
He turned off the deafening music, slid off his headphones and let them rest on his neck—his ears quick to turn red from the cold (and the boy watching the flowers with great interest.) Jisung watched the other high school student breathe in the flowery scent, take pictures and hum a quiet tune to himself.
It'd be a lie if he said he didn't want to hug the younger then and there, but that'd be weird. Maybe the two were classmates and maybe they've hung out a couple of times, but as far as a hug? No, let's not. It would ruin their (starting) friendship.
The wind whistled in his ear but the boy didn't mind, he took his phone—that was still in his hand from turning off the music—and slyly took a picture of the boy crouching down. He left just as quickly as he came.

What do they always say? Time flies when you're having fun?
Jisung smiled as he walked along the shore of Jeju island, hand in hand with his boyfriend. "I actually have a surprise for you." He said and looked at Seungmin excitedly. The other only quirked an eyebrow, "You do?"
It's been a hot minute, ever since the older saw Seungmin at the park, his heart's been going wild—it didn't fail to skip a beat every time he saw the other—and it was that exact day when he decided he was going to win his heart, but who knew he had already gotten it a long time ago?
When he found out the feelings were mutual he didn't waist a second to ask him out (lies, he actually hesitated quite the bit) and the two have been happily in a relationship ever since.
As they were enjoying the wind letting their hair fly around Jisung nodded eagerly and started dragging his lover with him. He wanted to show him his surprise, or rather take him to it, because his backpack was beginning to hurt on his shoulders.

It was quiet as the two walked through the little surprise the older had prepared—though there wasn't much he actually did—, the rays of sunshine warmed the boys' backs as they walked up a small hill.
Seungmin's mouth dropped open, jaw on the floor, as he stared in awe.
Thousand—if not billions—of flowers surrounded them, the colours even brighter than usual through the sun pigmenting the pedals. A picture painted of blue, red, hot pink, yellow and tons of green; it was everything Seungmin could dream of—Jisung too.
Small red flowers carved a way up the hill, where a beautiful cherry blossom proudly blocked off the sun and made space for the perfect, picnic spot.
"I bought some stuff and thought we could eat up here." Jisung explained to the younger, who was still admiring the fields below them. "Sounds awesome" he finally breathed out, turning to his partner and placing a peck onto his lips.
The two smiled as they set up their little spot, laying down on a rectangular blanket with a bunch of snacks around them. Seungmin stared up at the sky, the pink leaves and fun brown branches swaying in the wind, it made him relax.
"This is literally perfect." He complimented the older's idea again and stretched his hands out—as if he could touch the soft pink high up in the sky. "Right?" Jisung agreed, watching his lover admiring Mother Nature, as he himself admired something.
