After a heartbreaking loss last night, the Hershey Grizzlies return to the Giant Center to finish the weekend series with the number one in the form of Minnesota on Saturday night in Central Pennsylvania. With 12:10 left in the first period, Matt Santaguida scored to make it 1-0 Hershey. With 3:09 left in the first period, Sam Warning scored to tie the game 1-1. Jackson Ruby and Adam Wilcox matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, we'll skate to an 1-1, first intermission tie. With 12:39 left in the second period, Michael Brodzinski scored to make it 2-1 Golden Gophers. With 1:11 left in the second period, Brady Skjei scored to make it 3-1 Minnesota. Ruby and Wilcox matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 3-1 Gophers we stand after two periods in Central Pennsylvania. With 11:17 left in the third period, Travis Boyd scored to make it 4-1 Minnesota. With 17 seconds left in the third period, Vinni Lettieri scored to make it 5-1 Golden Gophers. Adam Wilcox finished off the Grizzlies and Minnesota rolls 5-1. Hershey dropped to 3-25-0 on the season.
