In History class, Peter is called up to present to the class his history report about what happened after the goblin war
"After Spider-Man's death and the following rebuild of the city, The United States Government decided to input various anti superhuman laws so a event like the Goblin War can not happen again, though the Avengers do remain as a active group alongside SHIELD, The President at the time made them undergo certain bureaucratic sanctions that prevents them from going against their own actions so as a result, the avengers and many other superheroes have become government agents only acting on what there newest advisors and what the united nations order them to do" said Peter
"Thank you Peter, now that we have a general understanding, we will continue our studies another day but now we need to start preparing for the upcoming test" said The Teacher
"But does this involve deciding what subject to study" asked Harry
"Ah No" said the teacher
"That's the typical response I'd normally expect from you Osborn" said Flash as Peter rolled his eyes
"Oh keep your mouth shut or I'll shut it for you" said Harry
"You too, calm down or I'll send you to the principal's office" said the teacher
"Sorry about that sir' said Harry
"Like I care" said Flash
"Peter why do you hang around those two hooligans" asked the teacher
"Well it's not on purpose most of the time, Flash is usually aggravated cuz he's kind of an ignoramus" said Peter and the entire class laughed
"One day, I hope to punch your head clean off" said flash
"That's physically impossible" said Peter
"Tell that to Ultron" said Flash
"Oh that's funny" said Peter.
The bell rings and everybody starts getting ready to leave
"Hold on Mr Parker" said the teacher
"Yes" said Peter
"I've been looking over your report and I see that you know your stuff" said The teacher
"What's the problem?" asked Peter
"It's just that a part of it doesn't seem right, almost like you didn't complete most of the research" said the teacher
"So there might be a few slip ups but it gets the overall idea forward" said Peter
"Maybe but I think that you might need to look it over again and also even though you and flash are not friends, I wouldn't be calling him a ignoramus" said the teacher
"Understandable" said Peter
Later
In the lunchroom, Peter is minding his own business doing some reading while his friends are eating to which Peter doesn't really approve of eating school lunches since they can be over or undercooked but he's that in control of what people do mostly because that's sort of illegal well at least he thinks it is
"Hey Pete, get your face out of that book for a minute" said Harry
"What is it?" Asked Peter
"You know sometimes it feels like your in another world most of the time" said Mary Jane
"Well I don't think it's like that" said Peter
"Then what is it like?" Asked Harry
"I think it's just that my mind often tends to focus on one time at a time, it's like a highly expensive Car, I know exactly how it works but how to fuel it and start it is still a mystery to me" said Peter
"Oh Peter Parker, you are such a mystery" said Mary Jane
"Well my aunt and uncle don't think so" said Peter
"Speaking of that, I've been meaning to ask, since you live with your aunt and uncle, what actually happened to your parents?" asked Harry
"They Died" said Peter
"Oh I didn't know that" said Harry
"It's alright, they died when I was very young so I have no real memory of them" said Peter
"So probably not during the goblin war since you said you were born sometime after that event happened" said Mary Jane
"Basically but right now isn't really the best time to think about that even if it was the subject of my history report" said Peter
"No matter and besides I'm heading over the arcade after school anyway" said Harry
"Sorry but I can't join you two today since my dad wants everybody home" said Mary Jane
"Again" said Harry
"Yeah but it's what he wants" said Mary Jane
"He's probably going to read them his poetry again" said Peter
"Shut up," said Mary Jane.
After lunch, Peter went to his locker and grabbed his camera and took a photo just to test it before putting it away as it would be seen as a distraction from his work
"Okay, at least I know it works," said Peter who then heads to his final class for the day.
In Science class, The teacher starts handing out assignments as well as a permission slip
"Remember that our field trip to the Science exhibit is in a couple days so remember to have your parents or legal guardian look this over and sign this" said the teacher.
At The Arcade
Peter and Harry get themselves ready as each of them have been training for a rematch in one of there favorite video games: Superhero Mega Slam
"You ready?" Asked Harry
"I was born ready, now let's get our fight on" said Peter who puts a coin in the slot and selects his character and he chooses Spider-Man
"Really your going to go with Spider-Man of all people" said Harry
"Yeah and?" Asked Peter
"Nevermind, I'm just going to go with Green Goblin" said Harry
"Recreate the Goblin War, Okay" said Peter and the two start playing
The two seem to be an even match as Peter and Harry have played this many times but it stops being even when Harry Gets the upper hand
"Ha!, Prepare to be crushed Spider-Man" said Harry
"I don't think so" said Peter as he inputs the prompt to activate a special move which is mostly Spider-Man punching and kicking and webbing down his opponent before ending it off with a powerful strike
"Player 1 Wins" said The Announcer
"You won, that's gonna be a first" said Harry
"I'm pretty sure I've won before" said Peter
"Yeah like that's happened" said Harry
"I think it has," said Peter.
After that detour, Peter and Harry part ways as Peter starts his trek home.
