Korea got the game started again and Nagumo passed to Suzuno as Kazemaru was closing in on him. James slid in but he kicked the ball up for Aphrodi who used "God Break". Endou used "Seigi No Tekken G5" and was struggling at first but managed to punch the ball away.
Tobitaka and Kurimatsu ran to the rebound but Aphrodi got to it first. He rose up again on golden wings and crossed his arms over each other and the ball was surrounded by a golden aura. Nagumo and Suzuno jumped up as well with fire and ice covering their feet.
Nagumo volleyed the ball at its side while Aphrodi kicked it with his heel and Suzuno used the sole of his feet, the ball raced towards goal with streaks of fire and ice and golden feathers, "Chaos Break!" Endou used "Seigi no Tekken G5" but the shot was too powerful and it broke through, making it 3-2 to Fire Dragon.
"That was marvellous." Chan-soo said.
"But we can't let our guard down, as long as we continue to evolve, they will too." Aphrodi said, with Chan-soo nodding.
Gouenji passed to Hiroto and Japan advanced, as far as they knew, progression to the FFI was theirs for the taking and they had to win at all costs.
Hiroto passed the ball back to James and he gave it to Tobitaka who fumbled with his touch but when he got it under control, he stopped and didn't know what to do.
"Tobitaka, pass it to Kidou!" James said.
Chan-soo slid in and he got the ball from Tobitaka and everyone ran back to the defence, knowing that they'd have to score 3 goals if Korea scored another and that would be unlikely.
He passed to Nagumo who jumped over Kurimatsu and volleyed it towards goal. Kabeyama stood in the shot course and jumped and as he landed, a rocky mountain appeared behind him and stopped the shot, "The Mountain" and the ball went out for a throw in.
Chan-soo took Korea's throw in and he threw a through ball to Aphrodi, Suzuno and Nagumo, who prepared to use Chaos Break but Kazemaru jumped up and headed the ball to Tobitaka who tried to clear it but missed the ball, resulting in a corner for Korea.
We just need one more point. Chan-soo smirked, we'll crush your hopes with this set-piece.
"Why are you so afraid Tobitaka?" Endou asked.
"I-I'm not....."
"Listen Tobitaka, there's nothing disgraceful about messing up, but not trying your hardest because you're afraid to mess up is disgraceful and that's how you are right now!"
"Captain....."
"It's okay to mess up!"
"It's okay to mess up?"
"Yeah! Just play with everything you have!"
Chan-soo kicked the ball into the air and the Chaos Break trio jumped into the air, Tobitaka swung his foot across the air and and a purple vacuum appeared and sucked the ball up and delivered it to the landed Tobitaka in a blue bubble that dissipated when it hit the ground, "Shinkuuma" and he then passed to James who was already running up the pitch.
"Tobitaka, that was an awesome hissatsu!" Endou said.
Endou's an amazing guy, he even got the best out of Tobitaka. Kidou thought.
James charged forwards and he kicked it in the air for Hiroto who used "Ryuusei Blade V2" and it got past "Big Explosive Slap", making it 3-3.
"Let's win this game!" James rallied.
"Yeah!!"
"Hiroto's Ryuusei Blade V2 has equalised the score for Japan!" Kakuma boomed, "and with the score still level at 2-2 in the Qatar vs Australia game, Japan can push for qualification now!"
