"As you already know from yesterday's announcement, our first opponents will be England's Knights of Queen." Haruna said as her laptop screen had the table projected onto a television screen.
"I'll explain the rules again." Aki said, "all the 12 teams that have progressed from their respective qualifiers group have been put into a league table and each team will play 4 games against the teams they drew so not all the teams will play one another. The top 4 will automatically progress to the quarter finals and the teams from 5 to 12 will be drawn to a match to decide who goes through."[1]
"Our matches are pretty difficult. Many believe our run to be the hardest." Haruna continued, "first we have England's Knight of Queen, then Argentina's The Empire, third will be France's Rose Griffon and lastly we'll play Italy's Orpheus, one of the tournament favourites."
"Sounds like fun!" Tsunami said, "we made it here so it wouldn't be riding it unless we played some strong teams!"
"Then we'll practice hard today!" Endou grinned.
"James, you used to live in England, do you know what the Knights of Queen are like?" Kidou asked.
"Well, Edgar will be their main threat but he also coordinates their hissatsu tactics. His shots won't be easy to stop at all."
"Let's get out and practice right now!" Endou said.
"Not so fast." Coach Kudou said as he entered the room, "I need to discuss something with you first."
"What is it Coach?"
"England have invited us to the London Palace for 6pm for a dinner party so we can get to know them. The dress code is formal."
"Do we have to go?" James asked.
"Is there a problem?"
"Me and Edgar didn't exactly leave on the best of terms."
"You know Edgar!?" Endou asked.
"Yeah." James nodded, "we were actually best friends but he got mad that I left for Japan which I would describe as petty but regardless, I think he hates me."
"Maybe he'll like you again after the match, if you show him through your football!" Endou smiled.
"I'm not too convinced about that." James sweatdropped, "if anything, I think he'll hate me more. I saw him on the day I came back from England with Luke and he was adamant that they'd beat us."
After this they went for training and then got ready for the party. However, Endou went to go do more training with his tyre that he had set up on the beach where he had met Natsumi.

"Kabeyama! Tuck in your stomach!" Megane said as he and Kurimatsu tried to close his suit vest button. Kabeyama did as instructed and they managed to close it so he stuck out his stomach again and the button flew at Megane's head, "Kabeyama! You're meant to keep it tucked in!"
"Are you all ready?" Aki asked as she and the other two managers came down the stairs.
"Haruna, you look amazing." James smiled, Rika did tell me to give compliments didn't she?
"Thank you, you do too!"
"You all look way better than I thought you would." Tsunami said with his arms behind his head.
"Better than you thought?" The three of them chorused.
"Sorry, sorry, that came out wrong!" Tsunami said.
