Another day, another argument filling the air of the apartment. It's nearly impossible for the apartment to not filled with people arguing over small things, bickering, insulting each other and some even drunk slurred words.

Of course, the owner of the apartment is Alhaitham and Kaveh. They would bicker every single day. And yet, they still managed to live together. Why? Something is going on here.

Both of them are very bad at expressing feelings to each other. Alhaitham was always stoic, quiet, calm and rational, too. He always kept his face straight as if he was emotionless. He would always win the argument against Kaveh.

Kaveh on the other hand, short tempered, making a fuss about everything and emotionally fragile, like how Alhaitham would describe him. Kaveh will always lose when he is in an argument with Alhaitham, which this pisses him off.

But, even though both of them have a lot of hatred towards each other, there's something they never admitted to each other.

Love.

Both of them were too egoist that they wouldn't even admit their true feelings towards each other. Alhaitham believed that those feelings would eventually go away, while Kaveh was trying to stop from thinking those thoughts by drinking and overworking himself. But none of them work because he was a total lightweight and he always have problem with " deadlines ".

There are few times both of them can't hold it in anymore, but whenever they tried to confess to each other, it would end up as an argument or one of them shutting the other off.

This is no surprise for the public, after all. Most people known them as the most chaotic and egoist duo ever. But it's a surprise that they managed to lived with each other for 2 years now.

The architect decided to live with the Scribe because of his financial problem. He lost thousands of More to create his so-called magnum opus. He decided to live with Alhaitham so he wouldn't say anything about the broke architect living with him. Kaveh was embarrassed that he had to live with someone due to his financial problem and his reputation. But even so, living with Alhaitham was a whole headache because he had to pay the rent and do the chores. At least it's not something too harsh, after all.

Alhaitham quite enjoyed seeing Kaveh suffer. Especially when Kaveh complaining about the dishes, the chores and how to pay the rent. He loves to see Kaveh suffer.

Kaveh hates it when he knows Alhaitham enjoyed seeing him suffer. He wants to make Alhaitham suffer next. Which means, seeing Alhaitham under him, breathless, fuzzy minded and admitting his lost when he's underneath him. He wants to dominate him. Ah, what a sight.

Alhaitham never had a thought of those things. Let's say, he only thinks about things that matter instead of those, evocating thoughts. He only thinks rationally. But, that doesn't mean those thoughts never haunt him, though. There were few times he managed to ignore those thoughts, but there were few times those thoughts haunted him for the whole day, making him unable to focus at all.
