Sam's POV

As the police entered the doorway, the homeless looking man put his hands up. He dropped the gun on the floor and fell down to his knees. I tried to get up but one of the police officers pointed their gun at me and yelled at me to stay down. As they put the homeless looking man in handcuffs they asked for my name. "Samuel Golbach." I said shakily. Where was Colby, Echo, and Corey? I thought to myself.

Colby's POV

It's been a few minutes. Why hasn't Echo woken up yet? I saw red and blue lights and heard sirens. The police were here. I decided after another minute that it was time to go inside. Corey hesitantly opened the door as I walked inside. One of the police shouted and ran up to us. I lay the unconscious Echo on the floor and put my hands up. Corey came up beside me and did the same. "Names?" The officer asked in a scared yet angry tone.
"Corey Sherer." Corey said almost yelling.
"Cole Brock." I said with a calmer tone. "Who's the girl on the floor?" He asked with a hint of concern. "Her name is Echo. We met yesterday. She has a fainting disorder so that's why she's unconscious but she should be awake by now." I said with more worry than intended. The police looked from me to Corey. "On your knees." He said a little more calmly but still aggressive. Me and Corey listened and got on our knees, our hands still in the air. "Hands behind your back." The cop said. "God fucking damnit." Corey said almost inaudibly. "It's for our safety." The cop said in response to Corey's comment.
As the cop fastened the handcuffs around our wrists, he explained to us that'd we'd be taken into questioning. After the handcuffs were on, he walked over to Echo. He tried shaking her but she had no response. He then checked her pulse and her breathing and everything was normal. He then whipped out what looked like some salts. He then held it up to her nose and almost instantly the bolted up, panting. When she saw me and Corey, anger wiped the scared look off her face. Her cheeks got red and she clenched her fists. Not gonna lie, she was pretty damn scary considering how tiny she was. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" she yelled at the cop. "Hey calm down it's ok." I said trying to calm her down so she doesnt get in trouble. "NO. YOU DID NOTHING WRONG. THERE WAS A GUY WITH A FUCKING GUN AND NOW YOUR GETTING ARESTED." She said, yelling even louder. Her cheeks grew more red and she.was clenching her fists so hard a drop of blood fell from her hand. "You need to calm down ma'am." The cop said, terrified. I've never seen anybody more scared of a five foot innocent looking woman. "IF YOU WANT ME TO CALM DOWN TAKE MY FUCKING BOYFRIEND AND MY FRIEND OUT OF HANDCUFFS." As she said that, I got butterflies. I was happy that she called me her boyfriend, even in a moment like this. Then, I saw the cop reach for his gun. "HEY." I yelled in the most angry tone ove ever yelled in. Everybody flinched, including myself. I've never heard myself yell like that, and I've never been more angry than I am right now. Of all the things he could do, he was NOT going to pull a gun on the love of my life.
