The car ride after the restaurant was quiet, only the radio filling the car with sound and music.

By the time you made it back to the restaurant with Alhaitham, Beidou was long gone, and honestly, it didn't shock you.

Beidou was a mysterious yet an all over the place person. You never knew what her next step would be.

Because of everything that happened, the time was delayed by a lot, so all of Tighnari's calculations were pushed back at least 30 minutes or even an hour.

However, it was possibly about to be pushed back even more.

"Miko!" You called from the back, seeing a familiar exit on the road.

"What's up, kid?" She asked.

"Can you take the upcoming exit?"

Everyone turned to look at you confused while Miko looked up at the mirror, also confused. "That won't take us to the city. If anything it'll be longer."

"I know. There's something there that I need to see first."

"There goes my calculations." Tighnari sighed, turning back around.

Cyno chuckled. "Im pretty sure they were fucked once Y/N's aunt came, and then she went on that talk about how hot Alhaitham was for a minute."

"She thinks I'm hot?" Alhaitham grinned, his ego being boosted just a bit and you scoffed, slapping his arm which caused him to laugh.

Miko, just stared at you confused before she sighed, moving the car into the next lane and onto the exit that led to Guili Plains.

"So, what do you need to do there either way? Isn't that place like empty and abandoned? It's just side roads."

You smiled. "There's someone I wanna see again."

Alhaitham, who looked at you with a confused expression, was distracted by the constant buzzing of his phone.

Oh, he almost forgot he still had data on.
