That night was a weird night. Kino had remembered most of it and had wondered in Wooseok had too. Out of fear though he didn't bring it up, and just decided to see how Wooseok would act around him at school. They were due a week off soon so it's not like they had too much time left here like this. And they probably wouldn't see each other during the break.

"I think I might've gotten too drunk then" Yuto groans out, head buried in his arms on his desk. "I'm pretty sure I told Yanan some things I regret"

"Like what?"

"That's he's beautiful. I hope he doesn't remember that, I don't want to seem pushy"

"Oh it's all he talks about" Kino says nonchalantly. When he hears those words Yuto lifts his head up immediately

"What are you on about"

"Oh in practise he talks about how you called him that, and how happy it made him"

"Seriously?"

"Yeah he's precious"

Yuto can't contain his smile and instead looks off to the side of the classroom as the memories of that night flood his brain. God he was a goner.

Wooseok enters the class through the back door so no one sees him and immediately goes behind Kino to wrap his arms around his shoulders, chin hooking over Kino's shoulder.

"Gooooood morning, princess"

"You best not have chosen that nickname for me I swear to god" he warms.

Wooseok's warm breath tickles his ear and even more so when he laughs at Kino's response. "Right you're right. Doesn't suit you. Wanna get some food after school today?"

"Yeah sure why not"

"Alright, but you're paying"

"You invited me out!" Kino argues back whilst laughing, and Wooseok only tightens the hug from behind.

"Fine, fine. We'll split it. 20, 80"

"God you're impossible"

"And yet here you are, doting on me"

Kino rolls his eyes and though Wooseok can't see it he can somehow tell.

The way that have been with each other recently, was honestly the calm before the storm. But no one knew what was coming. How could they...

Wooseok should have known, he should've learned from his past mistakes and not allowed this to happen but fuck he couldn't help himself. Kino had somehow gotten under his skin and made him feel again.  How was he to know all of this would come crushing down...and by his hand.

Poor Kino was none the wiser.

But as the days went on, and the boys kept being touchy, flirty, jokey with each other, everything just seemed so...good? It felt mutual. It felt real. It felt like real feelings were forming. And they were. Wooseok without realising so himself, had been making a good effort at being nice, and sweet and actually caring towards Kino. He even bought him some of the rings he knew he wanted.

And Kino wore them to school not just trainee practise. The gesture was surprising but sweet. Dare he say they may have actually...started dating? Nothing was said. He didn't dare ask, he was too scared to ruin the current amazing reality that he was living.

But doomsday was approaching.

One day after school, Kino had walked Wooseok home only because they kept on talking and talking and he didn't want it to end.
