"Am I dead already?" mga salitang unang sinambit ko ng pilitin kong gumising pero tanging kadiliman lang ang aking nakikita
"Hey! You're aware! Oh my, thank goodness you're awake my love" tinig ng lalaking gumising saaking diwa
"Mi- Miguel?" sa pagtulo ng aking luha kasabay nito sa pananabik na baggitin ang ngalan niya
"Yes I'm right here baby, hey I'm here"
"Miguel...b- babe... why I can't open my eyes, why I can't see you?" pagtataka ko sa mga linyang binitawan ko
"You can't see me? Oh my God, DOC!! please need assistance here... baby wait for me hihingi ako ng tulong okay??"
Third Person POV
Nagsidatingan na nga ang mga kaibigan ni Liam sa loob ng kanyang kwarto. Masaya ito sa paggising nito pero naawa sila sa iniwang trauma ng aksidente sakanya.
"You'll get better baby okay? don't worry" comfort words said by Miguel
"How are you feeling Li? we're very sorry for that night. It's all our fault" paninisi ni Kent sa kanyang sarili
"Li, we're always here for you. Don't be scared to ask us" - Yuan
"That ni- night... I- I am really scared, the old man??! where is he? he tried to kill me...he was! he was trying to- " pagputol ni Miguel sa sasabihin ni Liam
"He was caught babe, don't worry about him and about the car, the owner is settling his responsibilities" - Miguel

Ang linyang yun ay umani ng sakit, saring reaksyon galing sa mga tao sa loob ng kwarto. Kasabay nito ang mga luhang dumaloy sa muka ni Liam at ang nararamdaman guilt ng tatlong niyang kaibigan
"But I can't blame you- it's was my fault... Everything was my fault" mga salitang nagpadurog sa puso ni Liam.
"Stop saying that Li, no one is to blame to this accident. It was an accident- you know how much we care for you and we would never hurt-" ang paghawak ni Yuan sa braso ni Liam suddenly bigla siyang nagflinch.
"No! Do- don't touch me please" nagiwan ng mga malalalim na trauma ang nangyaring aksidente sa kawawang si Liam.
"It's me Li, This is Yuan... I'm not gonna hurt you Li... it's okay come here" isang yakap ang biglang gumapos kay Li galing sa kanyang kaibigan.
"We're all here for you Li, just let us take care of you, okay?" sambit naman ni Kent.
Ilang araw na pagpapagamot sa ospital ang lumipas at handa ng madischarge si Liam sa ospital. Pero ang buong akala niya sa Lola niya siya uuwi.
"We're here na Li! I hope nakikita mo to ngayon" sambit ni Miguel
"where are we? nasa bahay naba ko ni Lola?" pagtatakang tanong ni Li
"No you're not, but you... have officially came home to our own house!" sigaw ni Yuan
"What?!" kahit di nakikita ni Liam ang mga nangyayari, kitang kita sa muka niya ang masayang masaya niyang reaksyon.
"You guys! how did you get it? is it big? wow I can't wait to gain my sight" - Liam
"Miguel's mom gave us own of their own lot property here near the campus, then supposedly dapat next month pa to mafufully made but we three combined our sources to get it finished para may matirahan tayong apat when you get discharged. You happy Li?" pagpapaliwanag ni Yuan
"Yeah..." malungkot naman na pagkakasagot ni Liam
"Your face says the opposite Li" - Kent
"What's wrong babe?" - Miguel
"I don't know, it's was like a dream come true. But the last time we're together is a disaster, I'm scared to see you all fighting again just because of me" naiiyak na sagot ni Liam
"Babe, no one fighting again alright? we promise... right guys?" sabay sabay namang tumango ang lahat.
Pumasok na ang apat sa loob ng bahay. Nageenjoy sa pagtotour ang mga ito sa malaking bagong bahay nila.
Habang inaalalayan si Li papasok sa kwarto niya, hindi mapigilan ni Miguel na maawa sa boyfriend nito.
"I'm sorry Li"
"Hmm? why are you for babe?"
"I don't know, it feels so hard for you to lose your sight and experience those accident that you don't completely deserve."
"you don't to be sorry for, it was accidental. the doctor said naman na 5-8 weeks babalik ang sight ko right?"
"but your trauma to loud noises and unexpected physical touch will be there forever... I can't see you suffer from that"
"babe, let's not talk about that na okay? I'll conquer it. I promise"
Matapos ang masinsinang pag-uusap ng dalawa ay nagpahinga sila sa kwarto ni Liam habang nakikinig ng music.
"I want movie marathon" Liam said.
"do you want me to turn on the TV babe?" inosenteng sagot ni Miguel
"Yeah sure, let me choose a movie"
"here's the remote, choose what you want" - Miguel
Humalakhak naman ng sobrang lakas na aabot sa labas ng bahay si Liam ng walang kaalam alam si Miguel na pinatritripan siya nito
"Oh my God Liam! di ko kaya ang humor mo, you really make fun of your disability?" - Miguel
"Why? pasalamat ka di ko nakikita reaction mo Hahaha you're so cute babe" - Liam
"Really? you're making fun of me now?" ang kaninang naglolokohan ay gumawa ng init sa loob ng kwarto
"What are you doing? you know I can't see you so wag mo ng ituloy ang binabalak mo Miguel!" sigaw ni Liam
"I'm taking advantage of it babe, don't worry kahit naman nakakakita ka we'll still do it the dark" - Miguel
"Gosh Miguel, where did you learned that lines... stop it sisigaw ako? you're bullying a blind boy" - Liam
"I'm used to hear your scream babe so what's the difference" bulong nito kay Liam
"Miguel, stop it! I swear I will-" wala ng nagawa si Liam ng halikan siya ni Miguel.

Habang kumakain ang lahat ng dinner, at habang sinusubuan ni Miguel si Liam ng pagkain. Naisipan ni Liam na pumasok sa school bukas
"What?! No! You're not going to campus tommorow Mr.Garcia" bulyaw ni Miguel
"Why? Almost a month na kong nakakulong sa bahay at hospital" pagrarason ni Liam
"Li, you're not yet healed. What if atakihin ka ng trauma mo sa campus, and we're not there to make you safe?" pagaalala ni Kent
"But I really want to go to school... please guys let me attend class na. Infact I have miguel naman he's my classmate remember?"
"I still disagree" - Miguel
"Aren't you gonna support me Yu?" pagpapaawa naman ni Liam kay Yuan
"I think he must go to school guys" pagsang-ayon naman ni Yuan sa kaibigan niya
"Yeah! that's my man! where are you? I'll hug you boy!" pangungulit pa ni Li
"Kent? aren't you gonna support me as well? you're my favorite guy remember... please do awa?"
Wala ng magawa ang mga tinuturing nitong kuya kundi ang pagbigyan ang bunso nila.
