hannah has been unconscious for two days. i've been sitting by her side 24/7 for the most part. after having her throw up the pills i carried her into my room laying her down on my bed. i placed my lips on her forehead and she was burning up. i grabbed a cold wet cloth and put it on her forehead.

burnie walked into my room and jumped onto the bed. he laid down next to hannah laying his head across her legs. he let out a small cry.

"i know buddy" i sighed petting his head

"you gotta wake up han. you have to, please."

i got out of my chair and walked downstairs. i couldn't look at her like that anymore.

i heard burnie barking from my room and ran up the stairs. i walked into my room and he was sitting up next to hannah.

"what?" i asked as if he could answer

i looked at hannah and saw her eyes open and then flutter close. i sat next to her and grabbed her hand.

"come on han. open your eyes."

i felt her squeeze my hand.

"you can do it. please just open your eyes."

her eyes slowly fluttered open.

"you were supposed to let me die" she said quietly

"i can't lose you han." i said as i brushed a strand of hair out of her face

i can't kill her when i'm in love with her. i've spent the last couple of weeks with her and when we weren't yelling at each other i was genuinely happy.

"i don't want you to kill me. i wanted to go my own way."

"i'm not killing you."

"you have too. you'll die if you don't." she replied

"for you, that's a chance i'm willing to take."

"why? why would you do that for me?" she said beginning to cry

"because i fell for you han, and i fell hard."
