Honey and Glass

1. Audition

Like Blaire had told Kurt she got back 2 weeks before school started, she went on her vacation with her family and then was able to spend the last week getting ready for school and hanging out with him and her friends.

She did go back to therapy like she was told. It's not like therapy was a bad thing and she really needed it, she just didn't know why she felt the need to sleep with people.

Since she didn't have to drive anyone to school anymore she just went for her run, ate something small for breakfast, put on a nice shirt and some black jeans, and left for school on her motorcycle.

She parked in a parking spot close to the front of the school and took off her helmet before heading inside. She had gotten her schedule ahead of time from Brooke who hacked into the school's computer system.

While she was taking her books out of her bag and into her locker, JBI came up to her to start asking questions, "how was your big gay summer?" He asked her.

"Had fun, was very gay, kissed a lot of girls," she teased with a laugh.

"And what about the rumor that you and Quinn Fabray hooked up after she had the baby?" He asked, holding his microphone closer to her.

"I don't kiss and tell," she winks and closed her locker, walking away.

"So what am I going to do?" Sue asked her. Blaire was called into her office first thing in the morning.

"What about?" Blaire asked her. "I have to get to class."

"Oh, it's the first day, you'll be bored anyway," Sue waved off her concern. "I want to know what to do about one of my best cheerios' being on the football team."

"I like football. I did it last year," Blaire insisted, crossing her arms. "I'll still be at practice when I don't have football practice, I'll put in hours after practice if you wants, I'll be there for competitions, I can do both."

"Fine," Sue gave in. "But if you're subpar in any field or behind on any routine, you're cut!"

Blaire shrugged, "okay."

"Get out of my office," Sue demanded, gesturing towards the door.

Blaire got up, taking her bag with her as she got up before turning back around, "Do I have to re-try out for the team?"

"No," Sue said, not looking up from her paper.

"Got it," Blaire gave a thumbs up before heading to her first class.

Everyone met in the choir room for the first glee meeting of the year. Blaire was very happy to see everyone again. She sat next to Kurt with Mike on her other side. He had recently started dating Tina over teh summer.

"These are comments from Jacob Ben-Israel's most recent Glee Club blog. "Glee is a giant ball of suck. "" He read off.

"We get it, Mr. Shue. Everyone still hates us," Kurt said, annoyed. He was slushied today and had to change because of it. "So what? So we're plankton on the high school food chain? Only difference now is that none of us really care."

"Kurt's right. We're a family. They can bring it all they want. None of it is going to break us," Mercedes said happily.

"Okay, I'm really happy that you guys have all bonded. The problem is that all of this negative stuff is keeping other students from auditioning," Mr. Schue explained. Blaire was worried about this, no new members, less likely they are to be able to do well.
