Everyone sat down in time square and ate lunch while Mr. Schue stopped to figure stuff out with the hotel. "A year and a half ago... the New Directions were nothing but a group of six misfits stumbling their way... through a horrific rendition of "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat." Now here we are at the top of the show choir heap. Nationals!"

Blaire laughed and handed a sandwich to her brother. They had obviously been there before and knew some of the best places to eat. "I want to hit up Central Park, get my frolic on," Tina said, excitedly.

"I want to throw stuff off the Brooklyn Bridge," Puck smirked.

"Guys, hold on," Finn said, leaning on a statue. "I mean, we still have two songs to write."

Kurt rolled his eyes with a smile, "Okay, Mr. Bossy Pants. But I think we have some time for a tune before we leave."

"Start spreading the news I'm leaving today," Kurt started and soon everyone joined in. " I want to be a part of it, New York, New York!"

Then, Rachel ran over, "Guys, I have news. To celebrate our impending win at nationals... I got us all 15 tickets... to Broadway's longest-running show ever...Cats!"

"Whoo!" Brittany cheered and Blaire looked at her confused.

"You might want to check the dates on those tickets, Rachel.. because Cats closed about 11 years ago," Quinn told her bitterly.

Rachel glanced at the tickets and looked disappointed, "He did seem crazy. He charged my credit card by swiping it through his butt crack." Blaire cringed as well.

"Don't worry," Blaire laughed. "We are seeing a Broadway show, I already bought us tickets online to see..... Wicked!"

"OH MY GOD!" Kurt screamed.

"You did not!"

"AHHH!"

Blaire leaned into Kurt and Rio, "Don't worry, we also have a backstage pass to see the cast."

The three squealed excitedly. Sam walked over and sat behind Blaire as they finished eating their lunch.

Blaire decided to go with Mr. Schue to check in, "Okay. Welcome to the Intercontinental New York Times Square. Your rooms are on the seventh floor."

"Great," Mr. Schue nodded.

"Are you planning on fitting all those kids in two rooms?" She asked, glancing at the suitcases.

"Yeah. Well, this is all we can afford. I was just thinking about splitting 'em up boys and girls," he explained with a laugh and Blaire bit her lip. That would be about 7 people per room.

"You guys in for the show choir competition?" She questioned.

He nodded, "Yeah. Why?"

"Most of the other teams split by sexual orientation," she explained and he nodded and looked around for his wallet for the deposit.

He groaned, "One of the other kids must have it. Hold on, Blaire, grab the keys?"

She nodded as he walked away, "alright, listen," she told the receptionist. "We have about 16 people so I'm just gonna go ahead and pay for what we have two already so two more rooms for the kids and a third for the adults because kids shouldn't be sharing with adults. So three more rooms, okay, that okay?" She asked and the receptionist nodded. She handed her card over and the receptionist swiped it and Blaire signed a few things. "Also anything that's taken from the rooms charge it to that card– unless it's something like porn or alcohol, that you call me for because I'm not paying for it."
